On Wikipedia, Andries Krugers Dagneaux (the former webmaster and current "Main Representative, Supervisor and Contact" for the largest Anti-Sai Site on the internet, hetnet.nl/~exbaba) repeatedly made comments that all the major articles and broadcasts against Sathya Sai Baba were written and published by people who held an Anti-Sai point of view or who were sympathetic with their cause! These comments were taken from a discussion on Wikipedia's talk page: Reference. Andries spent a great deal of time researching Anti-Sai articles for inclusion in the Wikipedia article for Sathya Sai Baba. Therefore, his comments are not to be considered "casual" or "uninformed". It is also important to point out that many Anti-Sai Activists boasted for having worked with the BBC in the production of the Secret Swami programme. Andries stated that Lousewies van der Laan (the woman who questioned the European Commission about SSB) is his cousin: Reference. Andries Krugers Dagneaux stated that since Michelle Goldberg's salon.com article and the BBC (which made the Secret Swami programme) extensively cited critics this was a "strong indication that they agree with the ex-follower point of view": Andries Krugers Dagneaux stated that it was "clear" that Michelle Goldberg (who wrote a salon.com article entitled "Untouchable"), Danish Radio (which produced the Seduced documentary) and Tanya Datta (correspondent from the BBC programme "Secret Swami") were "sympathetic to the critics and ex-followers": Andries Krugers Dagneaux claimed that the BBC, Danish Radio and Salon.com "wrote articles or showed documentaries that could in fact have been made by ex-devotees": Once again, Andries Krugers Dagneaux claimed that "the ex-devotee viewpoint is both accepted by the media and by academics, e.g. by the BBC and Danish state television, salon.com etc. etc.": Andries Krugers Dagneaux also claimed that Lousewies van der Laan (the woman who questioned the European Commission about SSB) is his cousin: |
