The following is an email correspondence between Al Rahm and I. Al
Rahm claimed that the Sai Organization is "now under a lawsuit"
(present tense) for a "terrible coverup". Since this is new
information, I emailed Al Rahm about it and his replies are self-explanatory and very revealing:

Al, are the suits directly against Sathya Sai Baba for sexual abuse
victims? It was ruled, a while back (according to Hari Sampath) that
the victims themselves had to file suits in a court of law in India.

Is this your actual statement, and is it accurate? I just want to
make sure no one is misrepresenting your actual words because it was
not posted by you.

That was my email to Mayor Slay who has recently declared that 9-11
is Sai Baba day in St. Louis. Since that is my home town, and I was
instrumental in the start of the organization in that city, I felt
he should know the truth about Sai Baba.
I don't know who posted it on a yahoo site.
I have been contacted by Premanand in the past. He had some
questions and was requesting some information. That is how I know
of his lawsuits. I am not working with him and have not provided
any information.

In conclusion, the above email correpondence shows that the facts
regarding the alleged "lawsuit" are purposely misrepresented to
further an agenda of disinformation against Sathya Sai Baba and the
Sai Organization.
Premanand has not been forthcoming with any information about filing
recent lawsuits against the Sai Org. Premanand can NOT file a
lawsuit on behalf of alleged sexual abuse victims. It is also
Premanand's claim that the courts in India are siding with SSB due
to political influences and justice cannot be served (which he
attributed to his repeated failures in Indian Courts of Law). So why
would Premanand file lawsuits when he believes that?
It is very disturbing that this unsubstaniated information was not
even verified before being published on the internet by Anti-Sai
Activists, who did NOT obtain Al Rahm's permission to duplicate his
email (as Al told me in private).
Al Rahm wrote a letter to Mayor Slay that specifically claimed, "The
organization is involved in a terrible cover up and is now under a
lawsuit." Al Rahm stated this as a fact, despite NOT knowing any of
the details to the alleged lawsuit! Even more disturbing is how Al
Rahm tried to mislead Mayor Slay with claims he admittedly knows
nothing about.
