Dear devotees,

I am afraid that I must beg forgiveness for incurring offenses and
the anger of the Vaishnavas. I have been away from the computer for
some time, but that is no excuse for witholding nectar from you all.

Regretful apologies for not announcing the appearance day of Srila
Gour Govinda Swami Maharaja. I had used the VCAL program (commonly
available from many Vaishnava sites) to set up the calendar for this
club. This VCAL program is essentially the same as the regular
ISKCON calendars, and regretfully Maharaja's appearance day is not
listed there otherwise I would have surely included in when I was
setting up the calendar announcements.

As far as the query about calendar announcements being posted on
time, I think that is because this group is set to the time zone for
the UK. I trust that most of our members are from the USA and
elsewhere, so would it be appropriate to change the settings to a
USA time zone? Kinly give feedback on this issue.

Apologies and regrets once again while begging for forgiveness.
