Another famous lie told by Anti-Sai Activists.
First of all, when this story originally came out, it was claimed that SSB raped
a 7 "year old" boy. Later, the story was CHANGED to SSB raping a 7th "grade"
boy, making him around 14 years old.
Secondly, Dr. Bhatia did NOT write this account himself. An ANONYMOUS person
wrote it! If you go to The Findings page (located on an Anti-Sai Site):

You will notice the comment: "Source : Name withheld at request. (Available for
investigation by authority)". This means that the person who wrote this story,
about Dr. Bhatia, is ANONYMOUS. It has been over 5 YEARS and the ANONYMOUS
person who wrote this UNVERIFIABLE claim has NEVER come forward with his/her
identity.
There is NO factual documentation to back up this ANONYMOUS story. The teenager
was allegedly taken to examiners in Bangalore and allegedly had a second
examination that confirmed "rape". There are NO documents that have EVER been
provided from these alleged examiners. If the examiners had found that the
teenager was raped, they would have had an ethical and professional obligation
to inform law enforcement authorities or file a complaint with the police. There
are NO police files or complaints. None! Zero.
Lastly, Dr. Bhatia talked with Mick Brown and NEVER repeated or alluded to this
ANONYMOUS story. As a matter of fact, Dr. Bhatia's conversation with Mick Brown
CONTRADICTED the anonymous story attributed to him in The Findings.
The ANONYMOUS story claimed Dr. Bhatia had sexual relations with SSB for 6
years. In the story related by Mick Brown, Dr. Bhatia said he had sexual
relations with SSB for over 15 years. Obviously, someone is lying.
Also, according to the article by Mick Brown, Dr. Bhatia did NOT "flee"
Puttaparthi. Rather, he resigned and took a position in Delhi. NO mention of
being threatened with knives from five men and NO mention of making a "promisory
agreement" with the ashram.
For some mysterious reason, Dr. Bhatia REFUSES to talk to Pro-Sai Activists. He
ONLY (allegedly) is talking with Anti-Sai Activists (despite claiming to be a
devotee of SSB)!
So what does this mean? It means that the ANONYMOUS story given in The Findings
is riddled with dubious claims. The famous "7 year old" / "7th grade" rape story
did NOT come from Dr. Bhatia. There is not even one statment in the ANONYMOUS
story that can be verified with ANY sort of documentation. It has been 5+ years
since this ANONYMOUS story was made, and the reason why the author's name is being withheld remains a mystery.
Where is the proof Tony? You don't have it.
