The Findings: Disillusion, A Letter To The Baileys
#Disillusion, a letter to the Bailes
This is a letter written by Terry Gallagher. Despite Gallagher saying he investigated the "murders", he got his facts wrong. Gallagher claimed "four college students and two assistants" were "murdered". Four assailants killed Sathya Sai Baba's two aides and the police shot the 4 assailants (therefore, there were only 2 murders, not 6). Gallagher erroneously claimed that he discovered that Sathya Sai Baba had sexual relations with students, "some as young as seven years old". However, this story has been shown to be completely false. Robert Priddy clarified that the boy in question was in the 7th grade and was not a "7 year old boy" (but around the age of 14). Despite this fact, Terry Gallagher said he investigated this story (about the 7 year old boy) and found it to be true. Furthermore, the story about Sathya Sai Baba having sexual relations with a "7 year old boy" (7th grade boy) came from an anonymous person who attributed the story to Dr. Bhatia. None of the details to this anonymous story can be verified (not even from Bhatia himself).
The Findings: Dr. Bhatia, Why Did He Leave?
#Dr Bhatia, why did he leave?
Article Updated Nov. 15th, 2004
This is an anonymous story that is attributed to Dr. Bhatia. This story could have been faked by anyone and no one knows who wrote it.
Dr. N. Bhatia was head of the Super Speciality Hospital's Blood Transfusion Unit. This story (written by an anonymous person) claimed that Dr. Bhatia said Sathya Sai Baba sodomized a "7 year old child". Later on, Robert Priddy changed the story and said the "7 year old child" was actually a "7th grade student" (who was approximately 14 years of age). This clearly shows that whomever wrote this story about Dr. Bhatia did not get his/her facts right. No one knows who provided the new information about the "7th grade student". All these details are shrouded in secrecy.
There is no factual documentation to back up this anonymous story. The teenager was allegedly taken to examiners in Bangalore and allegedly had a second examination that confirmed "rape" . There are no documents that have ever been provided from these alleged examiners. If the examiners had found that the teenager was raped, they would have had an ethical and professional obligation to inform law enforcement authorities or file a complaint with the police. There are no police files or complaints. None!
Mick Brown, from The Telegraph , wrote an article on October 28th 2000 (issue 1982 entitled "Divine Downfall") in which he allegedly interviewed Dr. Bhatia. Mick Brown personally told me (via email) that he spoke to Bhatia and that he tape-recorded the conversation. The Divine Downfall article was transcribed directly from that tape. Mick Brown said he believed the man he spoke to was Bhatia because the man whom he spoke to said he was him! Mick Brown said he was given a phone number and the person who answered said he was Dr Bhatia. "Some things, you have to take on trust", Brown told me.
Mick Brown told me that he specifically informed Dr. Bhatia about the article he was writing and Bhatia agreed to the interview although he has refused to talk to anyone else. Mick Brown said he spoke once to Dr. Bhatia and has not spoken to him since. Mick Brown said he could not divulge the name of the person who gave him the phone number, nor could he give me the first 7 digits to the phone number (to verify the location of the call) because he did not have his notes on hand. Furthermore, Mick Brown had a hazy recollection that the call was made to New Delhi. Mick Brown's email does not allow for full disclosure, so I cannot duplicate it.
Consequently, it sounds very suspicious that "someone" gave Dr. Bhatia's phone number to Mick Brown. Dr. Bhatia has not come forward to explain or clarify any comments that were credited to him. However, right out of the blue, someone hands a reporter a phone number and the person who answers the call said he was Dr. Bhatia. All of this could have been set up, as there are numerous Anti-Sai Activists in India, the UK and the USA.
Dr. Bhatia never repeated or alluded to (in his alleged conversation with Mick Brown) the anonymous sexual abuse story of a "7th grade student". As a matter of fact, Dr. Bhatia's conversation with Mick Brown contradicted the anonymous story attributed to him in The Findings .
The anonymous story claimed Dr. Bhatia had sexual relations with Sathya Sai Baba for 6 years. In the story related by Mick Brown, Dr. Bhatia said he had sexual relations with Sathya Sai Baba for over 15 years. Obviously, someone is lying.
Also, according to the article by Mick Brown, Dr. Bhatia did not "flee" Puttaparthi. Rather, he resigned and took a position in Delhi. No mention of being threatened with knives from five men and no mention of making a "promisory agreement" with the ashram.
For some mysterious reason, Dr. Bhatia refuses to talk to Pro-Sai Activists. He only (allegedly) is talking with Anti-Sai Activists (despite claiming that he is still a Sai devotee)!
So what does this mean? It means that the anonymous story given in The Findings is riddled with dubious claims. The famous "7 year old" / "7th grade" rape story did not come from Dr. Bhatia. There is not even one statement in the anonymous story that can be verified with any sort of documentation. It has been 7+ years since this anonymous story was made, and the reason why the author's name is being withheld remains a mystery.
This anonymous article ended with the words "I offer this for the sake of truth." Oddly enough, Conny Larsson wrote an article that began with the exact phrase "For the sake of truth."
The Findings: Sathya Sai Baba: The Good, The Bad And The Ugly
#Sathya Sai Baba: the good, the bad and the ugly
This is an account given by Meenakshi Srikanth against Sathya Sai Baba after he was thrown out of the Whitefield College for inappropriate behavior (a fact Srikanth acknowledged after someone pointed it out). Srikanth speculated that other students were sexually abused. He did not obtain any direct, first-hand accounts himself. Therefore, Srikanth's speculations are unbelievable and no one has come forward to corroborate his speculations in all these years. See: Information And Facts About Meenakshi Srikanth.
The Findings: Time For Action

An anonymous letter written by an alleged "ex-ashram security" person. Anyone could have faked this letter although it appears to have been written by Hari Sampath (who claimed that David Bailey joined the expose and planned The Findings with him and several other critics).

The Findings: Winding Up The Sai organisation In Sweden
#Winding up the Sai organisation in Sweden
Not sure who wrote this letter. Said it was from "Sweden" from a Regional Meeting. A complaint letter.
The Findings: Kidney Robbery In SSS Super Speciality Hospital
#Kidney Robbery in SSS Super Speciality Hospital
The link to this section is not working. I heard about this incident several years ago. However, I have yet to see any official documentation to back it up. Since Anti-Sai Activists are completely mum about the outcome, one can safely conclude that the SS Hospital was not found to be guilty of any wrongdoing.
Mr Trimakababa Rao was the man who was supposed to have a kidney transplant. Mr Balaji (his son) donated his kidney to his father. After the transplant, the kidney was declared "non-functional, due to vascular occulation" (which means the kidney should have been removed). Consequently, Mr. Balaji's sister offered her kidney, however, the father had to be put on dialysis. Mr. Balaji heard of a "kidney racket" in Bangalore, became suspicious and had his father undergo a sonogram on August 5th 1995 and a CT scan on August 7th 1995. Both scans allegedly showed that the father had both of his diseased kidneys. Mr. Balaji (after finding out that his father did not have a kidney transplant) did absolutely nothing about it! After his father died in 1997 (2 years after finding out that the kidney transplant did not occur), Mr. Balaji made a complaint with the police and had his father's body exhumed, which confirmed no kidney transplant was done. What happened to the sonogram and CT scan? Why did Mr. Balaji wait for his father to die before he made a complaint 2 years after discovering the alleged malpractice?
The Findings: Sai Institute Doctors - Court Action News
#Sai Institute Doctors - Court Action News
The newspaper clipping from the Deccan Herald contributes to the confusion surrounding the facts regarding the "stolen kidney". The writ petition was filed in 1999. 2 years after his father died and four years after the kidney malpractice. Also, despite getting a sonogram and CT scan in 1995, Mr. Balaji did nothing and apparently did not even submit this as key evidence. He waited 2 years until after his father died. In the writ petition, Mr. Balaji made no mention to either the sonogram and CT scans made in 1995. Furthermore, no one has produced any ruling made about this case. It has been 5 years and no one has produced any documents showing that the Super Specialty Hospital was at fault or negligent. Not even one document. Instead of producing any documents, Anti-Sai Sites continue to publish this story that is composed of one accusation and a newspaper clipping. That's it!
The Findings: Did Sathya Sai Baba Influence The Judiciary In 1996?
#Did Sathya Sai Baba influence the judiciary in 1996?
The answer is no. The story in question was from 1966, not 1996. Furthermore, this article said Basava Premanad was an "investigative journalist". This is simply untrue. Premanand proved nothing with this article. He only offered his speculations and blind guesses. Every single site that talks about Premanand is completely mute when it comes to his qualifications and credentials. He is said to be an amateur magician and rationalist with no formal education. That's it.
The Findings: A Review Of Sai Baba's Education On Moral Values System
#A Review of Sai Baba's Education on moral Values System
This is a review from Basava Premanand. Any review from Premanand is bound to be deeply stained and shaded by his atheistic, rationalistic and skeptic mentality. I have not found any article, written by Premanand, that deals strictly with facts and figures. He mixes truth with untruth and tries to pass it off as "scientific" and "rational". Premanand got his facts wrong again. The reason why the Whitefield College was closed down for 18 months in 1985 was because the villagers wanted Baba's College to be open for both males and females. Sathya Sai Baba did not agree and he refused to visit Kadugodi for 18 months. According to Ranjit Singh Gill (a resident in Kadugodi) it did not rain during the entire 18 months Baba's college was closed. On the very first day (after an 18 month lapse) that Sathya Sai Baba returned to Kadugodi, the rains came with him and the villagers promptly ceased their protests. I did find an article that confirmed a terrible drought in Bangalore that hit in 1985-1987.

The link to this section does not work. All of these alleged "contradictions" were taken from the English translations to Sathya Sai Baba's Telugu discourses. The Findings: Dr. Bhagavantham And Sathya Sai Baba Circa 1972
#Dr. Bhagavantam and Sathya Sai Baba circa 1972
The "Seiko watch miracle" does have unusual contradictions. The primary one being that the Seiko watch was unique and was in the testing phase. However, as the story goes, Sathya Sai Baba allegedly materialized it with a price tag. It could not have a price tag if it was not yet in distribution. In all likelihood, Bhagavantam heard this story and (already being convinced of Baba's divinity) retold it to Kovoor simply because he believed it. Not a very wise thing to do. Kovoor accused Bhagavantam of "withholding information, being insincere and dishonest, conspiring , propagandizing and having a vested interest" because he could not give Kovoor the name and address to the Japanese watch maker. Kavoor contacted the Seiko President in Japan (the story does not say that the Japanese man was the President to the Seiko Division in Japan) and received a letter from him stating he did not know Sathya Sai Baba.
The Findings: Correspondence
#Correspondence
This is the second version to the "Seiko watch miracle" by Dale Beyerstein. Unfortunately, Dale Beyerstein did not care to confirm this story before he disseminated it as the "truth". Click Here to view my article on how I was able to expose this 20-year old untruth with a single e-mail and a couple of minutes of research.
The Findings: Post Script
#Post Script
This is the post-script written by Faye Bailey about a lingam that Sathya Sai Baba materialized for her. In Faye's book, "Another Journey to Love", she had nothing but praise for the lingam. As a matter of fact, Faye claimed that the lingam water, when poured into flower vases, made flowers more beautiful and when used in hot or cold packs, healed muscular problems. Faye Bailey also claimed that the lingam gave "many, many people a tangible connection to Swami". However, in this post-script, Faye had nothing but negative things to say about the lingam. Faye changed her story.
