Of course, this would mean that Premanand would have first had to prove that Sathya Sai Baba literally materialized the gold jewelry to begin with. Then, Premanand would have to prove how the Gold Control Act prevented Sathya Sai Baba from giving gold jewelry. The Gold Act limited the distribution of gold bars and coins and pertained to mining. The Gold Act has since been rescinded.

SOL claimed that a Spiritual Master's aura is white (which many have claimed to see around Sathya Sai Baba) and then stated that lower beings have brown, red or orange auras.
