SATHYA SAI BABA NEWS (With Updates And Comments):
The Tsunami disaster & the "Omniscient, Omnipotent, Divine" Geo-Theologist?
http://home.hetnet.nl/~ex_baba/engels/articles/saigeol.html
Comment: I agree with Robert Priddy with the main points he made in this article. However, I disagree with Robert Priddy's comments about V.K. Narasimhan. Narasimhan was a staunch devotee of Sathya Sai Baba to his death in 2000. Despite this fact, it was only after V.K.N. died when Robert Priddy began attributing rubbish stories to him against Sathya Sai Baba.
Sathya Sai Baba is only formally innocent until proven guilty, but...

Comment: This is an amusing article in which Robert Priddy flip-flopped about his views on the Indian Justice System. This page also had a link to an article (which was subsequently deleted) at the bottom of the page that attacked me. That article was deleted after I pointed out its numerous bold-faced lies. Sathya Sai Baba's Claims of Divinity and Divine Powers
http://home.hetnet.nl/~ex_baba/engels/shortnews/claims.html
Comment: It is true that Sathya Sai Baba made numerous comments regarding his divinity and divine powers. This article would carry more weight if it was written by someone other than Brian Steel. Steel provided numerous English quotes from Sathya Sai Baba's discourses to support his argument. However, it remains to be answered why Brian Steel used these quotes as literal and accurate references to what Sathya Sai Baba literally and actually said in Telugu, when Brian Steel made the case that the English translations are "packaged, highly edited, polished, condensed, enhanced, inaccurate, distant, different, adorned, significantly added to, snipped and hybridized". In one instance, Brian Steel argues very strongly against the English translations due to their extreme inaccuracy. However, on the other hand, Brian Steel cited numerous passages from the English translations as accurate references to Sathya Sai Baba's literal words in Telugu!
Al Rahm's Explanatory Letter
http://home.hetnet.nl/~ex_baba/engels/letters/barryrahm.html
Comment: This explanatory letter, written by Al Rahm to me, specifically addressed questions about Alaya's contradictory testimonies. However, despite ExBaba.com contributors receiving certified copies of this letter on November 14th 2004, they waited almost a full month before putting it on their website. I put Al Rahm's letter on my website the very same day I received it. Anti-Sai Activists apparently did not know how to react to Al Rahm's comments about the very poor editing in the Secret Swami documentary.
Ad Alaya Rahm - Arkansas law defines minors as under 18's, not under 16s.

Comment: I agree with this article. Even with an age of consent, there still remains the issue of consent.
Basava Premanand, honoured by the Indian government
http://home.hetnet.nl/~ex_baba/engels/shortnews/premanandhonoured.html
Comment: This story is taken from The Telegraph, an Indian Newspaper in Calcutta. The article was submitted under the newspaper section: "Opinion -> Story" (meaning it was not an official article released by journalists belonging to the newspaper). Basava Premanand allegedly received an award due to his "promotion of scientific values among the public". The alleged award was not given to him because of his "campaigns against Sai Baba". What is amusing about this is that Basava Premanand has no formal education (even in science) whatsoever!
It is also interesting to point out that this article provided the only reference that made mention to Premanand receiving the Indian Government's "highest award". Not even Tanya Datta, who interviewed Premanand, made any mention to the alleged award. Nor have any other sites that profiled Premanand in depth. This includes CSICOP! As a matter of fact, even on Indian Skeptic website, there is no mention about Premanand receiving "India's Highest Government award for scientific values and campaigns against Sathya Sai Baba". This issue has been discussed in two articles and Premanand admitted that he did not receive India's "highest Government award" (Refs: 01 - 02).
