A link is provided to an article about "True Believer's Syndrome". I suggest Anti-Sai Activists read that article, as there is no proof that this email really did come from a devotee of Sathya Sai Baba. As I pointed out before, there are Anti-Sai Activists who pretend to be devotees and make up stories in emails, blogs and forums (just like Reinier Van Der Sandt did), trying to make devotees look bad. Since Alexandra Nagel & Co don't care to verify the information they receive, chances are, they are being taken for a ride, and blindly believing every minute of it!

Comment: This was originally an anonymous article written by Robert Priddy (I outed him as the author). Priddy hosted a defamatory website against Leo Rebello on the Angeltowns site using the name "tanik". Priddy's Anti-Rebello site was deleted by Angeltowns for defamation and violating their terms and conditions (Reference). Robert Priddy started a new site using the same member name ("tanik"). Apparently, Priddy is afraid to host his material on his own website because he is afraid of being sued. Priddy is also afraid to mention his name because he left it off of the website (Reference)! This article is a critique of Don Mario Mazzoleni's book, "A Catholic Priest Meets Sai Baba". Of course, any critique coming from Priddy is bound to be stained and smeared with his pessimistic and acidic viewpoints. This critique is no exception.

Comment: The title pretty much says it all. Robert Priddy responded to an email written in 2000! Poor Priddy! He (like his other Anti-Sai compadres) cannot find anything recent to criticize Sathya Sai Baba for, so he is digging through mounds of papers (going back 5 years) to find something to criticize. It appears that Priddy is still chronically and negatively obsessed with Sathya Sai Baba. This is another article hosted on Priddy's new and anonymous Anti-Sai Site. The email related to a second-hand story/rumor about Sathya Sai Baba allegedly telling a devotee that the current Pope would "preach his message". Priddy criticized the current Pope as "fundamentalist and intolerant".

Comment: This is a third link to Robert Priddy's new and anonymous Anti-Sai Site. Priddy mostly ranted about Edgar Cayce and the Pope. The doubts about Edgar Cayce and the "deathbed vision" attributed to Pope John XXIII are justified. Priddy also said:
"The Westminster Cathedral Authorities have firmly refuted that the Sathya Sai Organisation held a meeting in Westminster Cathedral, as they falsely claimed and advertised on their website. They removed that posting without comment or apology only when the exposure of its sheer falsity became too uncomfortably revealing of their machinations."
This is a lie. The Sathya Sai Org made a misprint on their website and promptly corrected it after I made some inquiries. Priddy is viewing this issue with the worst case conspiratorial view and interpreting it in his own mean-spirited and vindictive way. At least the Sathya Sai Org had the integrity to correct disinformation when it was brought to their attention (unlike Robert Priddy who misrepresents facts and states falsehoods as if they are the irrefutable truth).

Comment: After I published my comments about Priddy withholding his identity on his new Anti-Sai Site, he rushed to do damage control and created an index page and put his name on it. The ExBaba site then attributed the pages to him (which they originally did not do). Priddy is trying to spam search engines with Anti-Sai links. He already has his own domain (comprised of 400+ pages). Why he needed to create a new Anti-Sai Site (his 6th) points to his desperation. The disclaimer on Priddy's new Anti-Sai sites state:
"Disclaimer: I do not necessarily endorse views of others whose writings are quoted or posted on these webpages or which are linked to them, nor do I guarantee that they are all valid and true. As in all websites, errors can occur and wrong information can be posted without intent."Since Priddy has been publicly exposed for his lies and dishonesty, now he is saying that the articles he links to cannot be guaranteed to be "valid and true"! Something I have known all along.
Update: December 27th 2005: Today AngelTowns2 deleted Priddy's new site for defamatory content and violating their terms and conditions!
