Comment: Don't be deceived by the fancy layout on this site. It is a blog where anyone can submit an Anti-Sai article of his/her choice. The author to this blogged article against Sathya Sai Baba is anonymous and uses the pseudonym "Colourz". One will notice how the article was pounced upon in a feeding frenzy by Anti-Sai Activists. In leveling the playing field, I also submitted my point of view.

Comment: Robert Priddy is using the book 'The Guru Papers - Masks of Authoritarian Power' as an excuse to regurgitate the same cud he brought up once before in his 'Disempowerment in worshipping Gurus' series. Although I agree with many of the basic points made in 'The Guru Papers' it is important to point out that the book documents nothing (except references to other equally undocumented essays).
Since the concept of 'authority' is prevalent in families, relationships, societal structures, religions, places of employment, etc., 'The Guru Papers' ironically attempts to dissect 'authoritarianism' on the authority of the author's undocumented viewpoints!
Whenever people argue against something (in this case, gurus), they are doing so with an attempt to be authoritative. How else are they to be believed? Ex-devotees, who submitted themselves to an authoritative relationship with a guru (and who subsequently become disenfranchised), freed themselves from one type of authoritarian structure and set up another type of authoritarian structure in which they become the authority that relentlessly promotes their agenda and viewpoints as authoritative!
Since ex-followers cannot truly know what benefit (or lack thereof) others are getting out of their guru/disciple relationship, ex-followers can only speak for themselves. However, that is rarely what one sees. Ex-followers tend to assert that everyone who follows a guru, teacher, religious figure is being cheated and deceived. A classic example of an authoritarian "mask" in action! Robert Priddy is one of these ex-followers who sets himself up as an authority for other ex-followers.

Comment: This is Robert Priddy's one paragraph defence of Brian Steel's article, "The Packaging of Sathya Sai Baba's Discourses". What is amusing about Priddy's comment is that he is in fully agreement with Brian Steel that Sathya Sai Baba's English discourses translations are "highly edited versions of what he actually says in his frequent unscripted Telugu Discourses". What is amusing about this comment is that Priddy has written many rambling diatribes critiquing Sai Baba's fallibility based on these same "highly edited" translations! Priddy just shot himself in the foot! This means that all those errors that Priddy found, in the English Translations, are not Sathya Sai Baba's actual and literal words (as they are "highly edited" and came from Sathya Sai Baba's "frequently unscripted Telugu Discourses")! Comment: Here is a perfect example how Anti-Sai Activists attack and target Sai Devotees. Robert Priddy said Dr. Anand wrote an "absurd and excessive eulogy of Sai Baba's Divinity, typical in style of many Indian devotees' naive writings".

Needless to say, Priddy's credentials come nowhere close to Dr. Anand's. Once again, Priddy tries to set himself up as a cultish Anti-Guru authority figure who trashes and bashes anyone and anything that promotes a view contrary to his own. Brian Steel did the same thing. This type of "us-versus-them" mentality is a typical authoritarian and cult characteristic. Needless to say, when Pro-Sai Activists discuss the behavior and character of Anti-Sai Activists, they whine and accuse others of resorting to ad hominem attacks! More double standards and deceit from the A.S.S. (Anti-Sathya-Sai) Team.
Priddy also worked himself into a huff when Dr. Anand allegedly told Brian Steel that "all future mail from Steel would go to his trash can as spam". I am not sure why Priddy tried to drive that point home when Priddy acerbically said to me, in an email, "You are blocked from my server forthwith" (Reference)! Priddy's sexually focused friend, Randi Godager, also told me, "your mail was unopened & all will be blocked out from now" (Reference). Priddy loves to point out other's faults, but tries to suppress the fact that his behavior is, in many instances, worse than those he criticizes!

Comment: This anonymous article (yes, another one) reveals the sheer desperation and sexual perversity of the Anti-Sai Movement. Anti-Sai Activist's apparently scoured the internet for video of Sathya Sai Baba and then made lewd remarks about it, insinuating sexual impropriety. Of course, what these asinine Anti-Sai Activists fail to realize is that this video was taken in front of thousands of devotees, students and VIPs! How absurd to suggest that Sathya Sai Baba is being sexual in front of all these people, knowing full well he is being recorded on video and photographed! Nevertheless, some deviant Anti-Sai Activist is trying to make this very case, counting seconds! No kidding!
I viewed the video link on this page and the wmv file is entitled "28 scs of excitement for Sai Baba". The man's face is almost buried in SSB's armpit. Anti-Sai Activists want to feed their bias to viewers by insinuating that the man's face was "pressed into Sai Baba's body above the groin". SSB had a white paper over his groin area and anyone who is not deviantly sexually focused, can see that the man's face is situated near Baba's armpit. More deviant filth from "moral" Anti-Sai Activists.

Comment: Barry Pittard decided to increase the attacks against Dr. Anand by publishing an article against him on the Arkansas Indymedia site (a typical Anti-Sai ploy). Anti-Sai Activists whine and snivel when I point out their character flaws and their blatant misrepresentation of facts. However, they feel they are perfectly entitled to attack others simply because they are devotees of Sathya Sai Baba, or hold a favorable view of him. Dr. Anand said nothing about Anti-Sai Activists, yet they are waging a smear campaign against him because he is a well respected and notable public figure who happens to have a favorable view of Sathya Sai Baba. Of course, Barry Pittard is well-known for trying to smear the reputation of other individuals as well. Pittard attacked Rabbi David Zeller simply because he spoke at Sai Interfaith Conferences at Prashanti Nilayam (Reference). These are the hypocrites who are attempting to expose Sathya Sai Baba.
Update: The ExBaba site, furthering their desperate attempts to withhold information from the general public, removed the main article link and replaced it with their own page that exclusively contained the Anti-Sai point of view (and deleted other points of view). This type of behavior proves that Anti-Sai Activist's purposely seek to undermine an open and two-way interaction with the public. They attempt to maintain Soviet-Style control over the information they disperse on their site. This type of cultish demeanor shows they have much to hide.

Comment: This page is very much akin to an earlier perverted article entitled, "Twenty eight seconds of revealing body language". This article is anonymous (although it links directy to Reinier Van Der Sandt's homepage). Anti-Sai Activists are scouring all video files, pertaining to Sathya Sai Baba, and are attempting to present him in a distorted and perverse way. This article also contains images of SSB with derogatory remarks written under them. There is a strong sexual undertone, suggesting impropriety, with titles like "Note his young boy still sitting close by him...", "A devotee too attached to Baba..." and "Boys, boys, boys...".
There are four video clips with pathetic attempts to portray Sathya Sai Baba in a distorted way. In the first video clip, Sai Baba blessed several birthdays cakes by tapping on them with a knife and Anti-Sai Activists interpreted this to mean that Sai Baba was clumsy because he did not perform some sort of surgical operation on the cakes. The second video clip is the same one discussed under "Twenty eight seconds of revealing body language". The only difference is that there is a cursor floating over where the boys head is placed and floats over Baba's face when he smiles. The third video clip is a Christmas program where a student dressed as Santa Claus goes up to Sai Baba and offers him flowers and sweets. Baba accepts the roses and tosses sweets to students. That's it. The fourth clip is simply a group of young boys who are playing violins, flutes and other musical instruments for a program in front of Sathya Sai Baba.
Once again, this type of Anti-Sai behavior shows that Anti-Sai Activists are a deviant mob of vindictive and sexually-focused individuals who attempt to smear Sathya Sai Baba with risque comments because they have no other course of action (considering their abysmal lack of evidence against him and their abject failure to make any leeway against him in any court of law).

This article regurgitates the same whiny complaints that Priddy has often repeated, in his other articles, about Sathya Sai Baba's primitive and unintelligent teachings. Of course, Priddy was a victim to these primitive and unintelligent teachings for 18 years when he was a devotee of Sai Baba.

So now, when Robert Priddy critcizes Sathya Sai Baba's teachings, one can only conclude that he is doing so out of vindictiveness, anger and spite.
