SATHYA SAI BABA NEWS (With Updates And Comments):
The 'Indian Sceptic' reports on infiltration attempts to mislead and derail the exposé
http://home.hetnet.nl/~ex_baba/engels/articles/premanand/indianskeptic.html
Comment: This is an conspiracy article by Basava Premanand (the tabloid critic who has a questionable involvement in faking an anonymous letter against Sathya Sai Baba).
Premanand's article is totally unsubtantiated and fails to provide any sort of documentation, emails, letters or anything else to back it up. Premanand thinks that people are trying to "infiltrate" ExBaba Org. Basava Premanand does not even provide a single link to the alleged posts made on the SaiBabaNews Yahoo Group from Mr. V. Murali Krishna Yachendra. Clearly, Premanand's conspiracy paranoia is working overtime again. Also, despite Premanand writing a letter to the police and other high ranking officials, apparently, nothing has been done against Mr. Yachendra.
Basava Premanand claimed that the Seduced Documentary (which was in Dutch) and the Secret Swami Documentary were shown in "about 200 countries". Considering there are only 192 countries, I have no idea where B. Premanand arrived at the number "200". Furthermore, the Seduced Documentary could not have been broadcast to "about 200 countries", as it was in Dutch! I am sure the people in USA, Pakistan, Egypt, Africa, Australia, China, India and over a hundred other countries that do not speak Dutch, had some problems understanding a Dutch Documentary! Robert Priddy claimed that the Seduced Documentary was shown only in a "few other countries" on his SaiSex page on his website. Although the Secret Swami documentary was aired via satellite, it has not, by any means, been shown in "about 200 countries". This is a bold-faced lie.
Update: August 8th 2005: This Anti-Sai article was updated with the following statement: "It should be made clear that. in the article below, a slight oversight occurred. Where "200 countries" are mentioned, it should have stated "200 countries and territories". This can be verified by going to the BBC World website at (Click Here) where it is stated:- 'BBC World is the BBC’s commercially funded international news and information television channel, broadcasting in English 24 hours a day. It can be seen in 258 million homes in more than 200 countries and territories.'"
Of course, this once again goes to show how Anti-Sai Activists attempt to mislead the general public. Premanand claimed that the Secret Swami Documentary was broadcast to "about 200 countries". Even if he meant 200 "countries and territories", it is still a bold-faced lie. BBC World is an international news and weather channel. BBC World specifically stated that their international news and information broadcastings can be seen in "more than 200 countries and territories". BBC World did not say that the Secret Swami Documentary was broadcast to "more than 200 countries and territories".
Update: August 9th 2005: I received an email from Joanna Brown (Customer Relations Department BBC WORLD & BBC PRIME Television) and she told me:
"Thank you for your email. BBC WORLD is a commercial channel funded in no way whatsoever by the British licence fee or the British Government. All news bulletins are provided by BBC News, and purchased by us at the going market rate."
Three extra fake materialisation videos of cheating Baba
http://home.hetnet.nl/~ex_baba/engels/shortnews/extramovies.html
Comment: This article provided three video-clips to movies entitled:
- Baba cheating with necklace
- Baba cheating with lingam
- Baba cheating with lingam
Regarding video clip one and the "necklace", Sathya Sai Baba did not materialize a necklace! As a matter of fact, Sathya Sai Baba took something off the Shirdi Idol and got the substance on his fingers. Sathya Sai Baba flicked the substance off his fingers a couple of times. NO materialization! How was Sai Baba supposed to fake a necklace materialization when no necklace materialization took place? The article stated:
"One must look very carefully right from the beginning after Baba has lifted his hand to greet, you can clearly see that he is grasping the necklace from under the statue, and when he has done it, he looks around to see whether anybody has seen him."
Baba was "looking around" because he apparently wanted something from someone. Why would Sai Baba "look around" to see if anyone saw him when he is on a stage in front of thousands of devotees who are staring right at him? Later on in the video, in a totally separate segment (this video is composed of multiple segments), Baba is shown materializing a necklace. This segmented-video-clip started when Baba was already waving his hand. Nothing is seen prior to that. This is a pathetic attempt to mislead the general public with highly edited video clips.
Regarding video clip two and the alleged cheating of the "lingam", the article stated:
"Please watch only the hands from the start of the movie, the left arm is left calm but the small lingam is doubtless already lying in it and the right hand is waving and still empty. After a few moments Baba passes the lingam to his right hand, which happens behind the microphone standard, but we can clearly see the masking of the trick with a white handkerchief. From that moment on, you can see that the 3rd, 4th and 5th fingers of the right hands are bent, the lingam is already in it, before he 'materialises' it a few seconds later."
Baba does bring his hands together in a strange way and both of his hands are closed when he is talking. However, after the alleged transfer of the lingam from one hand to the other, Baba raises his hand and it is fully open. His hand returns to being mostly closed and then the alleged materialization takes place. There is definitely room for doubt on this video.
Regarding video clip three, it is not a new movie. It came from the Secret Swami Documentary. The lingam allegedly solidified from a golden fluid. Of course, this sounds unbelievable. However, taking into account the numerous, astounding miracles, manifestations and cures attributed to Sathya Sai Baba (if they are true), he could have done this. Even Anti-Sai Activists, like Robert Priddy, believe that Sathya Sai Baba has "extraordinary and positive powers". Those who doubt, have valid reasons for doubting. Those who believe, similarly claim to have valid reasons to believe.
Sathya Sai Organisation Disinformation and Subterfuge (part three)
http://home.chello.no/~reirob/sorg3.htm
Comment: There was a public meeting about Sathya Sai Baba in Sydney, Australia in which it was claimed "approximately 1,500 - 1,700 people" attended. Robert Priddy claimed there was an unnamed person who counted heads and arrived at the exact figure of 1,200 people! Robert Priddy accused the organizers of lying about numbers and newcomers. However, Robert Priddy can provide no evidence to the contrary, except for a nameless (anonymous) person who supposedly was familiar with all 1,200 participants. I think Anti-Sai Activist's are jealous that the organization rallied a crowd of 1,200-1,500 people.
Robert Priddy also made mention to V.K. Narasimhan (a Sai devotee to his death). Robert Priddy waited until after VKN died, before he started attributing all sorts of rubbish to him. Most of Robert Priddy's claims come from anonymous or dead people.

The Year 2000: Major New Evidence about Sathya Sai Baba from 4 Sources
http://bdsteel.tripod.com/More/2000evidence.htm
Comment: Click Here to view my response to this article. The proposed "Love Is My Form (LIMF)" volume series is not approved by the Sri Sathya Sai Organization or Book & Publications Trust. LIMF is a private venture, by R. Padmanaban and a group of "researchers" from Sai Towers (a lodging facility outside the ashram). LIMF (Vol. 1; published in 2000) documents the first 25 years on the life, miracles and teachings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba.

Comment: This article was actually put on the the ExBaba site in July 2005, not May 2005. The majority of this article, once again, is about LIMF. My previous comment (on the article prior to this one) applies to this one as well. Brian Steel also made reference to the Bukkapatnam School records.
