Comment: Robert Priddy talked about the exposé and media exposures. It is amusing that Robert Priddy talked about cults and cited the cult that Sanjay Dadlani belongs to (the Hare Krsnas) in his list. Robert Priddy also belittled Sathya Sai Baba's teachings that he claimed he studied for many years. He even wrote a compendium composed of 18,000 separately detailed entries in a tribute to Sathya Sai Baba's universal teachings. Robert Priddy wrote in Chapter 22 of Source Of The Dream:
"It is truly impressive how, wherever Sathya Sai Baba has spoken and whatever his audience, his vision has always had a one-pointed focus...Unlike other major educators or spiritual masters whose lives are known from youth, Sai Baba has never had to modify any tenets of his public teachings or to develop them through time. Such confident consistency is truly striking...Baba's way of teaching is unique and uncommonly attractive, in its dealings with everything from everyday problems to the deeply mysterious, from the most serious questions of life to the humorous. No one to my knowledge gives such directly simple, yet deceptively deep and subtle, answers to the most enigmatic of questions, nor does so in more straightforward and powerfully-convincing ways than does Baba...No spiritually-interested person who reads Sai discourses or writings can fail to be impressed by the clarity and simplicity of these teachings, which bear comparison with any known higher spiritual teaching...Some insights surpass those to be found in any scripture or comparable work known, at least, to the present writer...His words - written or spoken - bear the force of conviction of certain knowledge, of totally self-confident omniscience, which can be observed in many different ways. Some of his declarations are entirely unprecedented in human history and are of such surpassing authority that they could surely not have been made by any ordinary human with such impunity."
Despite Robert Priddys claims that Sathya Sai Baba primarily teaches Hinduism, it appears his "thorough" research into Sathya Sai Baba's teachings lead him to believe the following (Source Of The Dream, page 221; Chapter: Understanding Baba's Teachings):
"Baba makes clear that no system of thought can ever grasp or contain the whole truth about God or existence. Presumably this is why he does not preach any single system or doctrine, preferring to encompass all faiths and valid philosophies, restating their essentials or universal truths in his discourses. In philosophy, many examples crop up of how reason itself causes apparent contradictions, especially when applied to first and last things, which ultimately teaches only that there are many different possible approaches. Baba is ever approaching the same questions from various avenues and providing apparently new and surprising answers."
Consequently, Robert Priddy's criticism is rooted in anger, bitterness and vindictiveness and contradicts his past comments about Baba's universal teachings.

Comment: In this article, Robert Priddy harped on telling the truth (as if he is one who is truthful). Despite this lukewarm lip-service to the truth, Robert Priddy has engaged in his own fair share of lies, misrepresentations, embellishments and contradictions. Robert Priddy also tried (amusingly) to refute the experiences of thousands of people who have experienced Sathya Sai Baba's miraculous powers. Not only did Robert Priddys claim that Baba cured him of a chronic spinal problem, he also stated that Baba does possess genuine paranormal powers and he does not regard Baba as an ordinary human being. Comment: Robert Priddy published his email correspondence with Mark Sullivan and said that Mark "typifies the attitude of rather too many Sai believers". Of course, Robert Priddy does not divulge his own "attitude" which mirrors Mark's. It is also amusing to note how Anti-Sai Activists have accused me of participating in "illegal" activities by publishing my correspondence with them. However, Anti-Sai Activists feel that they are perfectly entitled to publish their correspondence with Sai devotees and believe they are not engaging in "illegal" activities. This shows how Anti-Sai Activists have double-standards and hypocritically point out faults in others, that they possess themselves.
