|Ullrich Zimmermann Alleged Tantric Experiences With Sathya Sai Baba|
What to say about Ullrich Zimmermann's alleged sexual involvement with Sathya Sai Baba? While writing this article, I found myself confused, amused, intrigued and at times bursting out in uncontrollable laughter. Ullrich Zimmermann's (also spelled "Ulrich Zimmerman") sexual accounts with Sathya Sai Baba are, quite frankly, unbelievable. One must keep in mind that this testimony about Sathya Sai Baba was taken from a man who has devoted his life to the teachings of an alleged 35,000 year-old entity, as channeled through the psychic medium, JZ Knight.
If viewed from the perspective that Sathya Sai Baba possesses genuine paranormal powers, this testimony could be interpreted in various spiritual ways in which Baba can be seen as genderless and free from sexual desire. If viewed from the perspective that Baba is a fraud, the entire testimony is simply unbelievable, as it reads like a fairy-tale.
Ulrich Zimmermann's confessionals have recently been released as choppy video files on blip.tv and on the "Rabbit Hole Central" blog (owned by Paula Gloria, a New-Age advocate). These video's were actually filmed and intended to be released seven years ago (in the year 2000). The videos were recently released (according to Paula Gloria) because it was "an honor to work with Ullrich on this project (we've had it on the way back burner for so many years just waiting for the right time for it to be a joyful and positive experience for those who have ears and will listen)." I am uncertain how Zimmermann's accounts would be "joyful and positive experiences" for others unless one truly believes Zimmermann when he said that he still believed (as of 2000, during the filming of the videos) that he was not sexually abused because he gained spiritual benefits from his alleged "white tantric" experiences with Sathya Sai Baba, which he ultimately believed he "created" himself. Alan Steinfeld (another New-Age advocate) interviewed Zimmermann and continually maintained a negative tone throughout the videos and expressed more doubts about Sathya Sai Baba than Zimmermann did.
At the time of the filming, Ullrich Zimmermann was a student of JZ Knight, the alleged psychic channel for the 35,000 year-old Lemurian Warrior and Ascended Master Ramtha. The videos were filmed in a quaintly decorated room in which one could discern, in the background, a garlanded picture of JZ Knight on a shelf. Both Paula Gloria and Alan Steinfeld talk of Ramtha as if he is an actual 35,000 year-old, channeled entity. Paula Gloria has made several comments about attending meetings at the Ramtha School of Enlightenment (which is how she met Ullrich in the first place). Alan Steinfeld has published articles for the Golden Thread Magazine (published by JZK, Inc.), which is for people engaged in Ramtha's School of Enlightenment. Alan Steinfeld seemed to attribute some significance to Anti-Sai material published on David Icke's website. David Icke is the man who believes that Queen Elizabeth II, George W. Bush, Hilary Clinton, Harold Wilson, Tony Blair, Kris Kristofferson and Boxcar Willie are actually shape-shifting, blood-sucking reptilians from another planet that comprise a secret society called the "Illuminati" (Reference). These are the types of websites that Alan Steinfeld got his Anti-Sai material from and thought was worthy of referencing.
The video clips of Ullrich Zimmerman were put on YouTube and subsequently removed. The description for the YouTube videos stated that: "Ramtha, a 35,000 year old ascended being who channels through the body of JZ Knight called Ulrich up during a wine ceremony to face his past sexual encounters with Satya Sai Baba, one of India's foremost Gurus and some claim pedophile."
On the blip.tv files, the description states (with a comment added by Paula Gloria that took no issue with the description) "Alan Steinfeld interviews Ullrich Zimmermann who as a student at the Ramtha School of Enlightenment was called up during a wine ceremony to face past sexual encounters (blessing or abuse) with Satya Sai Baba, India's most popular and powerful guru but some claim pedophile."
Ullrich Zimmerman originally divulged his alleged memories of sexual involvement with Sathya Sai Baba when he was intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol during an infamous Ramtha "wine cermony". Ramtha commanded Zimmermann to "face his past sexual encounters with Sathya Sai Baba" and this is how this entire story unfolds. Zimmermann, acting on the command of a spirit he believed to be a 35,000 year old Ascended Master, related his alleged sexual encounters while inebriated at a "wine ceremony". Ramtha proponents (Paula Gloria and Alan Steinfeld) later filmed the sober version of Zimmermann's accounts. Zimmermann admitted that Ramtha commanded him (a couple of times) to "teach Sai Baba a lesson", hence the videos. Some have speculated that Zimmermann created false memories due to his willingness to please his 35,000 year-old Ascended Master, who gave him commands while he was inebriated and not in his right frame of mind.
The Ramtha group was well known (and has been heavily criticized) for their "wine ceremonies" in which it was alleged by former-followers that Ramtha commanded students to drink large amounts of red wine because it allegedly re-wires the brain. These "wine ceremonies" were said to last anywhere from 4-14 hours. According to former-followers, students got so drunk they vomited all over the place (with claims that even Ramtha vomited as well and had to be carried off stage by assistants) and were said to have had sex with each others in their drunkenness. Former-followers also claimed that students were becoming alcoholics due to these "wine ceremonies". Ramtha teaches that red wine re-maps the brain and whatever influence a student is under, while drinking red-wine, would similarly impact the re-wiring of his/her brain (Refs: 01, 02, 03, 04, 05). It was during such a "wine ceremony" that Zimmermann, acting on the command of a 35,000 year old entity, related his alleged tantric experiences with Sathya Sai Baba.
Former followers have claimed that Ramtha is also known for smoking cigarettes and tobacco pipes like an addict (which can easily be confirmed by pictures of JZK smoking pipes while allegedly channeling Ramtha), cussing up a storm and humilating people in what are known as "Truth Teachings". Apparently, Ramtha vomited in front of his audience on more than one occasion. All in front of children. Ramtha is also said to be Anti-Guru (although JZK/Ramtha's "students" act very much like devotees of a guru) and Anti-Gay (Reference). There is a continual, mantra-like reference about not "giving up one's power to others". Students can also be seen imitating Ramtha's hand gestures and ending their comments with "so be it", a line often repeated by Ramtha.
Ullrich Zimmermann said that he first visited Baba when he was 20 years old and Baba completely ignored him. When he was 21 years old (around 1992) he claimed he had five interviews but was thoroughly confused and couldn't remember what happened in which interview or on which visit because the interviews happened "so long ago". Zimmermann claimed that in one of the five interviews (he couldn't remember which one), Baba materialized oil and rubbed it on his "kundalini line" (indicating from his navel up to his heart area). He was never asked to drop his pants and the oil was never applied to his genitals (as was insinuated on Anti-Sai Sites). Right after applying the oil to his abdomen and chest, Baba asked Zimmermann to breathe. Zimmermann said he had been a smoker for a long time and was not able to breathe right but was instantly cured of his breathing ailment immediately after the oil treatment.
When Zimmermann had his first alleged sexual (or, as Ullrich described it, "white tantric") experience with Sathya Sai Baba, there were 8 members of Zimmermann's group, including his mother, seated just outside the private interview room (which is separated only by a cloth curtain). In that private interview, Zimmermann claimed that Sathya Sai Baba kissed him on the mouth in a non-passionate way. For some unknown reason, the thought entered Zimmermann's mind that Baba wanted him to "suck his penis". Not long thereafter, Zimmermann claimed that Baba literally and miraculously transformed his genitals from female to male twice. That's right, Zimmermann claimed that he thoroughly felt (and put his hand "deeply" into) Baba's crotch and he felt a vagina with hair. Baba snapped his fingers once and *VOILÀ* his vagina turned into a penis. Baba snapped his fingers again and *VOILÀ* his penis turned back into a vagina. Baba snapped his fingers one last time and *VOILÀ* his vagina turned back into a penis. Zimmermann claimed that Baba told him "no sex", "this is not about sex" and he lifted his robe and Zimmermann (although not gay) complied and put Baba's penis in his mouth for a minute or so, said it was not "a huge sexual act" and claimed that there was really no movement whatosever. He just sat there with Baba's penis in his mouth for about a minute. Don't ask me why Zimmermann said this, but he claimed he knew how "his own penis smelled" and Baba's penis did not "smell" the same way but actually smelled and tasted like vibuthi. Zimmerman claimed that Baba did not ejaculate in his mouth, but in hindsight thought maybe Baba did ejaculate in his mouth. I don't know about you, but if someone ejaculated in my mouth, that is something I would remember and not have to wonder about in hindsight!
Zimmerman claimed that Baba's legs and penis looked like that of a young boy and said that Baba's legs and public region did not have any hair whatsoever (when earlier he claimed he felt a vagina with hair). Of course, this is readily discounted by several pictures of Baba's feet, where one can see that he has hair on his legs. Baba also has hairy forearms. After the "white tantric" interview was over, Zimmermann claimed that within half an hour he felt very "exhiliarated", "uplifted", in "complete joy", in a "happy state" and was in "bliss". Zimmermann referred to the sexual act as "white tantra", considered it to be something good for him and did not consider himself to be abused (and still believed he was not abused). As a matter of fact, Zimmermann claimed he told his mother about the experience and apparently the way he related the experience gave her the impression that he was not abused either (she was still a devotee when the videos were made)!
Ullrich Zimmermann claimed that he had a second private interview and once again he put Baba's penis in his mouth although he didn't like it. Zimmermann claimed that he took Baba's penis out of his mouth before Baba told him to and he saw a flash of white light shoot out of Baba's penis, about 6 inches in front of it and he believed that white light was supposed to go into him. Zimmermann claimed several times that he believed Baba did not engage in "white tantric" acts because he was "horny" or "lustful". He claimed that he looked at Baba's face and Baba was totally "remote", showing no signs of pleasure whatsoever. Zimmermann got 2 subsequent interviews and although he fully expected Baba to repeat the "white tantric" act, Baba told him "not this time" and he had no further tantric experiences.
Zimmermann emphatically claimed that he received energetic and spiritual benefits from the "white tantric" experience, that it was an "honor" conferred on him (much to the utter shock of Alan Steinfeld, the interviewer), that Baba was disinterested in the sexual act, that he lived in a "high energy" state for 5-6 weeks thereafter, had "strong energy dreams", was completely in control of his sexual desires (when he could not control them before) and had an incredible kundalini experience during this "high energy" period.
Despite all of this information, Zimmermann was clear that he was not able to maintain his "high energy" state because of his attitudes, his inability to live up to that level, his immaturity, his lack of direction and his lack of interest and dedication to spirituality. Then Zimmermann did a back-flip and began to criticize Sathya Sai Baba and devotees in a very contradictory fashion, apparently contrasting Baba and Sai Devotees with the Ramtha philosophy he professed belief in.
Ullrich Zimermann said that devotees do not become their own masters, are not free, are "feeders" and that Baba is stuck in his "power games" and has "ulterior motives". Although most devotees tend to relate experiences of unconditional love with Sathya Sai Baba, Zimmermann claimed that Baba does not come from a place of love, but from a place of power. Zimmermann believed that devotees become more powerful by being devoted to Sathya Sai Baba and that if a person is a "powerful battery", Baba will feed off that person's devotion and energy. Zimmermann said if one is looking for God, he/she won't be able to find it through Sathya Sai Baba. At the same time, Zimmermann said that he realized that one must make considerable self-effort on the spiritual path (which Baba teaches) and he was apparently only willing to take his spirituality seriously and make a consistent effort when he joined the Ramtha movement. As a matter of fact, an old saying from Baba is, "I can give you the boat. I can give you the oars. But...you have to row your own boat".
Zimmermann also said that he asked Baba about his brother (who had died) and Baba said his brother "was fine". When Zimmermann said his brother was dead, Baba paused for 10 seconds and told him that his brother died of drugs and bad company, which was true. Zimmerman said that Baba possessed the paranormal ability to tune into these things at will and believed that Baba can materialize objects at will. Zimmermann claimed that just because someone can read minds, know about the future, perform manifestations, perform miracles and the like, does not mean they are advanced spiritually.
Zimmermann said he believed that Sathya Sai Baba had tantric relations with "children". After saything this, Zimmermann lamented that when he had his tantric experience, he was a very "innocent" 21 year old "child" (yes, he called himself a "child" at 21). Therefore, one can see in what context Ullrich used the term "children". One must keep in mind that this 21 year-old "innocent" "child" also admitted that he was a testosterone machine, lusted after women and enjoyed looking at women's body parts. In my opinion, that doesn't sound like something an "innocent" "child" would do. Zimmermann also claimed that he talked to various people about his "white tantric" experiences and he met only one person who said he had a similar experience (while meeting several others who heard second and third hand rumors).
Zimmermann said that (due to the allegations against Baba) the Whitefield campus was called the "banana club". The term "banana club" is often used by Kashmiri shop-keepers outside Baba's ashram. I remember shop-keepers using that exact term in conversations they had with me at both Prashanti and Whitefield. The Kashmiri shop-keepers are mostly Muslim and do not believe in Sai Baba and they often relate completely unfounded rumors about him. These shopkeepers voluntarily shared these rumors with me unasked, and were also relating all sorts of ridiculous stories without verifying them. One such story was about how everyone who goes into Prashanti were asked, at a certain check point, to take off all their clothes because the Ashram was a gated, nude community! And the shop-keeper was completely serious and argued with me when I denied it. He even had Kashmiri "witnesses"!
Contradicting his position about miracles, Zimmermann claimed that he does not believe in Sathya Sai Baba because Baba is growing old, cannot regenerate his body and therefore he is not bona fide. Gee, is there anyone in the Ramtha group who is not growing old and who can regenerate his/her body? If miracles, manifestations, changing gender are all simply "aspects of the brain", why can't anyone in the Ramtha group demonstrate these abilities if they are simply an "aspect of the brain"? If miracles are not indicators of one's legitimacy, why would Zimmermann require Baba to perform miracles (not growing old, regenerating his body, etc.) before accepting his legitimacy? See the contradiction? If people who perform miracles are not spiritually evolved, then the Ramtha group is bashing Jesus, Krishna, Muhammad and numerous other saints and sages whose miracles are considered evidence of their authority and illuimination. Isn't it strange that for a bunch of miracle-bashers, not even one single Ramtha adherent can perform a single "miracle". Surely, "miracles" should not be a feat for the "spiritually advanced"? But what is so strange about Ullrich Zimmermann's comments is that he does not complain about his alleged "white tantric" experiences with Sathya Sai Baba whatsoever (the only person who complained was the interviewer). Rather, Ullrich complained more about Baba being a power player, growing old, etc. Weird? huh?
After what appeared to be a fairly straight-forward account, perhaps the most disturbing part of the entire video was the ending in which a pipe-weilding Zimmerman (apparently imitating Ramtha) was laughing out loud with huge puffs of white smoke coming out of his mouth, making the same strange hand gestures that Ramtha makes and concluded by saying "so be it" (just like Ramtha does). In my opinion, Ullrich Zimmermann gave the impression of being a totally brainwashed Ramtha adherent.
Considering the facts that Zimmermann boasted about the Ramtha School of Enlightenment as being the "best school in the world", that he was directly commanded by Ramtha (a couple of times) to "teach Sai Baba a lesson", the fact that he stated he was not sexually abused, among numerous other strange comments in favor of Sathya Sai Baba, I was left with the distinct impression that Zimmermann was attempting to portray Sathya Sai Baba in a negative light in an effort to please his 35,000 year-old Ascended Master.
It is also amusing to note that the strongest negative tone against Sathya Sai Baba was held by the interviewer, Alan Steinfeld (a well-known and loyal Ramtha proponent). Mr. Steinfeld even said he referred to Baba as "The Godfather". Couple all of this with Ramtha's Anti-Guru philosophy and the entire video left me with the feeling that I was being spoon-fed nothing but propaganda.
