Morèno wrote that despite notifying
ExBaba.com that they are infringing on my copyright protected images and
template, they continue to publish my template design and images that I
created myself. ExBaba.com never asked my permission to use my images or
template and stole my images and template and put it on their own
server! This points directly to the corrupt and unprincipled character
of ExBaba.com.
He seems to think
his creation is quite unique too, run-of-the mill templates and
amateurish 'images'. He never asked the permission of ExBaba.com, or a
long list of personal e-mailers to publish their materials. By his own
standards,"this points directly to the corrupt and unprincipled
character" of himself, Morèno. ExBaba.com copied his pages for internal
use only and they were not logged for spidering. They have been
transferred to a private location (downloading of websites is not
illegal).
Further, he wrote that this proves that
ExBaba.com will stoop to the point of stealing others images and scripts
to vent their angry, vitriolic, bitter and negative propaganda. They did
not even have the decency to ask for my permission before they
shamelessly stripped my site and saved my images and template to their
own server!
Were it actually 'stealing' it would apply with
equal force to his own shameless behaviour on exactly the same lines
with ExBaba materials. See below the page which Morèno photocopied from
ExBaba without asking permission. However, we do not care. Further, he
must have poor eyesight or flagging attention problems since he fails to
recognise that the icons and other images on ExBaba's sites are merely
similar to those on his pages. These images were made so as to
make it possible for the reader to identify the materials to which they
refer, and all are fresh gif images with different titles to Morèno's.
So copying occurs and by Morèno declares that he will continue to copy
ExBaba's original materials. So his original standpoint makes him the
inconsisten hypocrite he has shown himself to be throughout his
pages.
All Morèno's
copyright claims are quite ludicrous, null and
void.
