This is to certify that I am in the possession of ten written, signed
affidavits by persons in various countries alleging sexual molestation
and/or serious sexual abuse by Sathya Sai Baba. I am willing to be
contacted by accredited journalists and lawyers who wish further to
verfiy their existence and nature.
The extent to which I may divulge information, however, or allow
viewing of the affidavits by official investigators, will depend on
assurances received in personal negotiation with me. Due to the
agreement I made originally with Mr. Hari Sampath, who then
represented the aggrieved parties and was contacted to protect their
names, as to under what circumstances the affidavits could be seen, I
cannot publish or relinquish the documents for public use to other
parties. The affidavits were given to me as back-up documentation to
protect my professional work in exposing Sathya Sai Baba through the
documentary film "Secuced by Sai Baba", first shown by Danish National
Broadcasting.
