A simplistic and stigmatising attack on the Sai Petition, one which relies on the specious arguments and false allegations. Claiming he is acting entirely on his own, Morèno works with the zeal of a strange fanatic, trying to impugn the 32-member JuST group - casting unproven doubt on the truthfulness of over 800 signers of the Sai Petition. He aims by mere slurs (i.e. 'not genuine', 'bogus' acts) to stop the world-wide call for investigation of Sathya Sai Baba and his organisation.
My Response: Robert Priddy (the most vocal anti-SSB activist) calls those who write articles, about others, without using their name, "cowardly creatures". ExBaba.com, in true hypocritical style, is doing what they do best: Dispersing propaganda under the guise of anonymity.
Mr. "Cowardly Creature" who wrote this article apparently did not even read my site. Mr. Cowardly Creature has done a very poor job researching my articles about their bogus "petition". I currently have no less than 7 fake names on SaiPetition.net's "legal and genuine" petition site! How "legal and genuine" is that? This adequately refutes any, and all, claims to the 800+ petition signatures being either legal or genuine. I also have shown how 13 posts, listed under different names, share uncanny resemblances in writing style and word usage (indicating one person wrote them all).
Pretending (dishonestly) to be aiming for truth by exclusively one-sided attacks on almost all criticism of Sai Baba as 'biased', Morèno trots forth a large repertoire of fact-denying and trite opinions - all directed against investigators of the truth about the 'dishonest, secretive and insincere' SSB and his organisation.
My Response: Mr. Cowardly Creature is a hypocrite who is feigning honesty by saying I am waging "one-sided attacks". Obviously, Mr. Cowardly Creature does not apply the same standards to ExBaba.com and SaiGuru.net that he applies to me! ExBaba.com, SaiGuru.net and their bandit of anti-SSB activists wage an "exclusively one-sided attack" on SSB on those who question their dishonest and deceitful tactics. Apparently, it is okay for anti-SSB activists to wage "exclusively one-sided attacks" on others, but the same cannot be done to them, or they begin to whine, pout, snivel and say it isn't fair!
The Sai Petition has actually been open to communications from critics since its inception, and these have been replied to (excluding death threats) & some posted long since on www.saiguru.net under the heading 'petition news'. Criticisms have been refuted there too. Dozens of replies have been sent via e-mail to both ex-Sai and pro-Sai devotees. Morèno is so slap happy in his investigations as to have missed all that when slandering the petition as 'secretive' and 'soviet-style'. Since he had to wait some time for a second reply from the Sai Petition admin., he soon levelled stronger baseless accusations against it!
My Response: Just take a look at my correspondence with Robert Priddy, Randi Godager and SaiPetition.net to see how "open to communication from critics" they truly are! I have the screen captures to back up my claims. Anyone with an open, sober and reasonable attitude can investigate my claims on his/her own. They do not need to rely on words or claims exclusively.
Under one of his aliases as 'Vishwarupa', Morèno also promotes the exposed guru Swami Premananda on one of his web sites swami who is serving two life sentences in Tamil Nadu, India for double rape and murder of two Sri Lankan girls, proven by rigorous DNA tests on the unborn foetus and Swami Premananda.
My Response: Mr. Cowardly Creature is a liar. I do not have "aliases". Perhaps Mr. Cowardly Creature would care to divulge my "aliases". "Vishwarupa" is not an alias. It is the domain name to my site: www.vishvarupa.com. It is also spelled "Vishvarupa", not "Vishwarupa".
Mr. Cowardly Creature is engaging in an ad hominem fallacy by attacking me because I have pictures of Swami Premananda on my site. My site has much more than just pictures of Premananda. Despite Mr. Cowardly Creature taking a moral stand against Swami Premananda, Mr. Cowardly Creature has NO problems with Barry Pittard posting his anti-SSB articles on the Adelaide Institute's website, which the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs considers to be both a hate-group and anti-semitic (they deny the holocaust ever happened)! Now which is more egregious? Swami Premananda or the Anti-Semitic, Hate-Mongering People who deny the holocaust ever happened? I know my answer and Mr. Cowardly Creature knows his/hers. Furthermore, the reason I made a small pictures section for Swami Premananda is because I have had spiritual experiences with him. I have never physically seen him. I do not provide external links or solicit him in any other way. People are free to view his pictures or not. My site began as a hobby that provides images with spiritual personalities with whom I have had personal, spiritual experiences with. That's it. My site has over one thousand images on it, and Swami Premananda comprises only .02% of those images (19 pictures). Many people believe that Swami Premananda was framed and even the police officers, at the jail where he is at, believe he is not guilty. He was even allowed to leave the prison, to visit his ashram, for several weeks. There are current efforts to vindicate him and supposedly, many of the 32 complaints brought against him have been shown to be false. The DNA testing is also being challenged and has proven the most difficult, due to a significant time lapse. To try to make this an issue about Swami Premananda pictures is preposterous and desperate. This is the only thing that Mr. Cowardly Creature could find, in a vain attempt to detract from answering the tough questions I raised on my web pages.
Morèno thereby shows that he cares nothing whatever for justice and legality and indicates the Morèno agenda - that of a self-righteous promoter of criminals!
My Response: If this comment is true, then we must apply the same standard to Barry Pittard who, according to Mr. Cowardly Creatures logic (illogic), would be guilty of being a "self-righteous promoter" of hate groups, anti-semites and holocaust-deniers!

"A bogus petition"? No, it is a just petition for people who support its contentions to confirm by signing, basta! "Not genuine" implies most vaguely that the petition itself is fraudulent, is a faked document, has only a few or a minority of real signatures (if any), and that it forwards baseless accusations. However, it suffers from none of these faults. It is based on a large number of individual allegations made through years, and on other evidence that has been amassed. Many signers have detailed these in detailed articles.
It is my contention that the petition IS fraudulent. Whenever anyone can spam (and SaiPetition.net has admitted they have been spammed) a petition and add multiple signatures to it, using multiple, fake names, this indicates fraudulence! When SaiPetition.net says these petition signatures (of which 7 belong to me) are "legal and genuine", this proves the petition is bogus! Furthermore, SaiPetition.net cannot verify the signatures! They even refuse to have the signatures independently verified. Oh, that sounds legitimate, legal and honest to me!
Signatures have come in steadily through two years. Some entries from persons known to exposé activists are heart-rending, but Morèno demonstrates that he cares nothing for them. The comments are accurately reproduced (while any inserts not complying with rules of netiquette and common decency - as well as bogus entries by anti-petition spammers - are removed). This guards precisely against fakers like Morèno.
My Response: If the signatures could be verified (which they can't), maybe the stories would be "heart-rending". Mr. Cowardly Creature is right, I do not care about signatures that cannot be verified, have no way of being verified and were submitted to a site that allows people to use fake names and make multiple submissions. Anyone who believes SaiPetition.net's site is gullible and naive, at best!
Morèno doubts that genuine people with genuine grievances are backing the petition. Only a hopelessly prejudiced person could level so inclusive a charge against so many signers... in short a fully Sai-deluded follower of years of involvement (however bad or inconsistent a follower of the teaching).
My Response: Mr. Cowardly Creature is still under the false impression that all 800+ signatures came from 800+, separate people! I have 7 signatures on the petition. I have also shown how it appears that no less than 13 posts seem to have been made by one person! SaiPetition.net allowed, for many months, submissions with no screening whatsoever! Only after I pointed out this blatantly fraudulent submission method, did they change it. However, I was still able to submit fake signatures even after SaiPetition.net read, screened and accepted it!
He shows a dilletant's disregard for investigation of facts. For example, he has stated elsewhere that the petition has been running for 4 years. This means it must have begun in 2000, but the actual date was mid-2002! it was 'the Findings' which appeared on the web in 2000, not the Sai Petition. In short, Morèno distorts and/or invents facts to suit himself, which points to a basic insincerity & dishonesty. See the answer he got from the JuST group, which makes clear how his attack is base and baseless.

Actually, this was a typo on my web site and I corrected it. I had the facts correct on my page about the Original Petition, in which I stated, "It is very important to assess the original petition that JuST created, in 2002, and see how "honest, just and decent" JuST is with their petition project." I got the date of 2002 by doing an archive search on archive.org that shows the date being in 2002. I incorrectly said, "4 years" when it should have read "2 years". Obviously, ExBaba.com never read my page about the Original Petition, or else they would have noticed the error was a typo oversight. It is also important to point out that I never said anything about The Findings on my petition page, so I did not confuse the petition with The Findings.
Mr. Cowardly Creature's frail and anemic letter fails to address many of the key points I made on my site. Mr. Cowardly Creature failed to address the issue of added signatures. Mr. Cowardly Creature failed to address the issue of altered posts. Mr. Cowardly Creature failed to supply the general public with any information that supports the legality of the petition signatures. Mr. Cowardly Creature failed to explain why they removed the original petition. Mr. Cowardly Creature failed in addressing the issue of petition abuse (refuting signature legality). Mr. Cowardly Creature failed to address the lie they told about email addresses being verified. Mr. Cowardly Creature failed to tell us where the signatures came from. Mr. Cowardly Creature failed to admit to the issue of duplicate posts made under different names (confirming anti-SSB spamming). Mr. Cowardly Creature failed to address the issue of anti-SSB spammers. Mr. Cowardly Creature failed to address my page about the 13 signatures with striking similarities. Mr. Cowardly Creature failed to explain how the signatures could be legal and genuine when I have made no less than 7 submissions myself (refuting signature legality). And, Mr. Cowardly Creature failed to provide any names to any official organization or person who has accepted and verified the signatures on the petition.
