| More Lies From ExBaba.com: Update: December 5th 2004 |
ExBaba.com removed my images and template design from one page, replaced it with screen captures and then turned right around and put my images and template script on two other sites: [The Links Have Been Removed But Are Restored Here: (01) (02)] Since screen captures are nothing more than an image of a site that is displayed publicly on the internet, I have no problem with screen captures.
Obviously ExBaba.com does not have the intellect to differentiate between posting a captured image of a site and stealing the actual copyrighted images and template designs and uploading them to their own server! ExBaba.com lied when they said that their images are "similar but not the same" as my images. I made these images myself. The colors were chosen by me and a simple color match revealed that the very same color grid I used on these images were amazingly duplicated by ExBaba.com! This is a lie, unless of course, they managed to select the exact color out of millions of shades of greens, yellows and reds! They tried to deceive others by changing the image dimensions to make the image look larger. However, restore the images to their original size and violla, there are my images! Right click the image and select "properties" and it will tell you the original size of the image. ExBaba.com made my pictures larger in a deceitful attempt to mislead and deceive the general public.
They claim that I violated their "copyrighted", public guestbook by making a screen capture of it. This is absurd. First of all, the guestbook they use is not hosted on their website. It is hosted at Guestbook Depot and is a public guestbook. Furthermore, I did not steal the guestbook template, nor did I steal any images, and upload them to my server, as was done by ExBaba.com. I simply made a screen capture of that public guestbook. Furthermore, ExBaba.com provides screen captures of my site as well, and implies that this does not violate copyright laws. If this is true, then ExBaba.com is being hypocritical for blaming me for using screen captures of their site, and saying I am violating copyrights, when they are doing the same thing!
EXBABA.COM CAUGHT TELLING A BOLDFACE LIE AND CHANGING THEIR SITE TO SUPPORT THEIR LIE
On their page, ExBaba.com added the following words, "Copyright 01-12-2000: No part of this site may be copied without permission of the autors.". Click Here to view the screen captures. You will notice it says that the copyright was put up on January 12th, 2000. I have never seen this copyright notice on their site before, despite reading it many times. Consequently, I decided to do an archive search on it. It turns out that their site only goes back to August of 2001! They created ExBaba.com on July 11th 2001, as confirmed on WhoIs. Their site was not even created in 2000! This means that ExBaba.com is not only lying, they deceitfully changed their web site in an attempt to cover their tracks! As if this is not embarassing enough, I also did an archive search on http://home.hetnet.nl/~ex-baba/index.html. This site is not archived before January 23rd, 2003! Furthermore, this archived page, in 2003, makes NO mention of the copyright notice that ExBaba.com deceitfully placed on their site recently! No mention of it at all! Check for yourself (ExBaba has subsequently blocked their site from Archive.org). Another archive search on www.exbaba.com reveals that, as recently as January 2004, ExBaba.com never had the copyright notice on their site either! Check for yourself (ExBaba has subsequently blocked their site from Archive.org). Furthermore, to indisputably prove that this copyright notice was added recently, the Google Index of http://home.hetnet.nl/~ex-baba/index.html does not show the copyright notice either!. This proves ExBaba.com lied about the copyright notice, changed their site to support their lie and is shamelessly advertising this lie as the truth!
UPDATE: December 5th, 2004: ExBaba.com removed the bogus copyright notice after I sent them the link to this page. ExBaba.com is now doing damage control by removing links and taking the bogus copyright notice off their site (01 - 02)!
This conclusively shows, beyond any doubt, how ExBaba.com will lie and deceive the general public. What else is ExBaba.com lying about? What other things are they doing to mislead the general public with? Can anyone now trust ExBaba.com? I have known, for a long time now, that ExBaba.com tells lies and marauds these lies as the truth. Now, I can undeniably prove that ExBaba.com is a deceitful, shameless and cunning receptacle for prevarication and chicanery! This fradulent action, committed by ExBaba.com puts their integrity, accuracy and self-proclaimed impartiality into total doubt and disrepair.
Furthermore, ExBaba.com is claiming that I am violating copyright laws by posting "personal" email correspondence on my site! This is indeed a pathetic and amusing comment, considering that ExBaba.com has, for years, posted emails from SSB devotees on their site, without getting their permission! They even posted personal letters from Goldstein and Jagadeeshan, to SSB centers, that they never got permission to publish. Just check ExBaba.com's Letters Section at: http://home.hetnet.nl/~ex-baba/engels/letters.html. I simply did what ExBaba.com has done with emails sent to them. They have been publishing emails and letters, from various people, for years, without getting permission to do so. ExBaba.com even has the audacity to call the emails, I put on my site, "illegal"! IF this is true, then they are guilty of the same thing! I never said anything to ExBaba.com about emails being copyrighted. ExBaba.com is now sniveling and whining that this is not fair! This once again shows how ExBaba.com loves to criticize others for deceitful, dishonest and "illegal" practices that they, themselves, resort to!

Despite ExBaba.com publishing open letters against me, ExBaba.com refuses to provide my response, or a link, on their site. This once again shows how ExBaba.com purposely misleads the general public with negative, one-sided, selective and dishonest information and propaganda. |
