SAI PETITION ADMIN |

From: admin@saipetition.net (October 9th 2004) Subject: Legality of Petition To: Visvarupa
We have discovered that you are behind the e-mails on the petition. We can assure you that the petition is guaranteed by law as 100% legal. If you wish to challenge this, we suggest you initiate proceedings in the USA and EU, for starters. This is the only way that the legality could ultimately be tested, and we would welcome the result as it is guaranteed to be positive for us. However, you are trying to disrupt the right to free speech of the individual through anonymous e-mails, all of which have been logged.

From: Visvarupa (October 9th 2004) Subject: Re: Legality of Petition To: admin@saipetition.net
Thank you for email. However, I am wondering why you have not posted the legal information on your site? Doing so would greatly justify your claims that the petition signatures are legal. Why are you afraid to post this on your site? Why have you not done so thus far? And once again, if the signatures are legal and valid, how is it that anyone (as I have shown) can submit a fake signature with a fake email? How valid and legal is that?
Furthermore, you contradict yourself. You state the the petition is “100% legal”, yet despite your certainty, you go on to say that I should initiate proceedings as that would be the “only way the legality could ultimately be tested”. It seems that you have not even contacted a lawyer about it as you are still uncertain as to the “ultimate” legality of it, despite your “100%” claim. As a matter of fact, I am not wanting to spend thousands of dollars to challenge your so-called petition. I think that it is MORE advantageous for everyone to see the modus operandi of JuST.
Since you are a firm advocate of free speech, then I don’t see why you should be so upset about me exercising MY free speech in testing your so-called “petition” that does not verify signatures in any way. Are you attempting to “disrupt” my freedom of speech? That is my expression of free speech. And if your petition was truly legal, you could file a litigation case against me to “ultimately test” the legality of your so-called “petition” and submission procedures.
The fact remains that SaiPetition.net is dishonest, insincere and maintains “soviet-style” control over the submissions. The signatures cannot be verified and I have clearly shown this on my site. I have the screen captures to back it up as well. You cannot win. As a matter of fact, you have already lost. Once JuST decided to stray from the moral and truthful path that they claim to uphold and value, there is no hiding the facts. And the facts, Mr. Un-named Adminsitrator, are against you. Soon, everyone will see this. And soon, your little world of hate will be exposed for what it is: Deceit and Dishonesty at Any Cost.
Sincerely,
Joe

From: Visvarupa (October 12th 2004) Subject: An Open Challenge To: admin@saipetition.net
I am placing an Open Challenge to SaiPetition.net to verify the signatures on your Petition Site.
As of October 9th, 2004, SaiPetition.net began screening it’s submissions before accepting them. Three “signatures” have been submitted since then, and I openly challenge SaiPetition.net to verify them. A voluntary, verificatory email from these recipients to me, will suffice. Or, a verificatory email from them to SaiPetition.net (they can choose to exclude their email) and forwarded to me, will also suffice. I will be posting this open challenge on my page at: http://www.saisathyasai.com/baba/emails-admin.html
The three people are:
Ronnie Bartlett, UK Sara Friedmann, France Henry Sanders, USA
I will be kindly awaiting your response. And one more thing, since it is your new policy that the submissions must use full names, why are you still keeping partial names and initialized signatures? Why implement the full name policy if you are not willing to enforce it throughout your “petition”?
Thank you.
Joe

Your response was deleted unopened. Your slanders and defamations have made you persona non grata here, as you should be smart enough to understand by now.

SAIPETITION ADMIN - IN CONCLUSION |
 |
In Conclusion, the SaiPetition.net “Committee” miserably failed to answer my pertinent questions regarding the inherent dishonesty of their bogus “petition”. The SaiPetition.net “Committee” are flip-floppers who cannot take fair and honest criticism but love to mete it out! The un-named person at SaiPetition.net said that my “slanders and defamations” have made me unwelcome to them. Nevertheless, SaiPetition.net fully engages in “slanders and defamations” against Sathya Sai Baba and those who question their dishonest and deceitful methods. This furthers my original contention: “...suggesting that anger, rather than genuine grievances, are driving this Anti-Sai Campaign”.
