Alexandra H.M. Nagel, I have created the following site: (link) that deals with a very dishonest petition authorized by JuST.
I am 100% for investigating Sathya Sai Baba through legal, legitimate and honest means. This online petition actually undermines the crediblity of those who may have been abused. Such being the case, it is my sincere hope that those with a conscience will ask that this online petition be removed or legalized. Otherwise, the anti-Sai movement will suffer a devasting blow in that they are resorting to improper, dishonest and untruthful means to attain their objectives.

Probably so, for why otherwise would you come with such strong points about all the faults in the SSB-online-petition and do you not offer one idea that would lead to an in your eyes proper legal investigation? Alexandra, actually, I have suggested an alternative: To make a Legal Petition. That would solve this problem altogether. The petition, as it is now, is not legal and is totally dishonest. Make a legal petition, and the problem is resolved. Simple, really. Something an ordinary person, like myself, can think up without much effort...yet a group of 32, Anti-Sai activisits cannot! I would greatly encourage you to forward your advice of “thinking constructively” to those at SaiPetition.net.
And if this petition was about you or a friend of yours (accusing you, or your friend, of sexual impropriety), I am sure you would demand exactly what I am demanding: Honesty and Legality. The fact that this petition, at SaiPetition.net, is misleading people into thinking that it is legal and genuine, when it is not, is dishonest. If you have no problems with that, that is your choice. Furthermore, the fact that anyone can submit multiple, negative submissions, sadly proves this petition is illegitimate, and disproves that “many” have actually signed the petition.
It has always been my position that the allegations against Sathya Sai Baba be investigated honesty, directly, forthright and legally. It has been my consistent opinion that the dishonest means and vile, personal attacks on Sathya Sai Baba are actually undermining the accounts of those who feel they have been legitimately abused.
When I found this petition and saw the clear and unequivocal dishonesty in it, and communicated my concerns with Robert Priddy, Randi Godager and the website administrator at SaiPetition.net, I can tell you now, that the extremely negative, suppressed and even hostile answers I received have shed a new light on the anti-Sai campaign, in my mind. This is ironic, considering that JuST has accused the Sathya Sai Organization of “ignoring and failing to give answers”, “not replying to emails addressed to them by people with critical questions or complaints”, “criticisms that are neither addressed nor refuted, but suppressed” and “when answers are actually forthcoming, they are usually either evasive, irrelevant or direct the questioner to carry out self-examination, etc.” However, Robert Priddy and Randi Godager have acted exactly in the same way, and style, that they accuse the Sathya Sai Organization. So, my search for the “truth” has ended up where it is now.
I cannot say that I am a “devotee” of Sathya Sai Baba. I have had many wonderful and significant experiences with Sathya Sai Baba, as I have had with many other Spiritual Personalities. However, I feel that any case of abuse must be investigated honestly and legally. Otherwise, we end up with a witch hunt, a crusade or an inquisition. And who wants that?

In Conclusion, another member of JuST, Alexandra Nagel, is more concerned about my perceived devotee status than she is about the dishonesty in the online petition to which she signed her name. Although Alexandra Nagel attempted to portray herself as civil and “constructive”, it makes me wonder why I must bring the illegality and dishonesty of the Sai Petition to her attention. Nagel is not willing to address the valid and pertinent issues I have raised about the bogus online petition against Sai Baba. Why? Maybe because my original statement of: “...suggesting that anger, rather than genuine grievances, are driving this Anti-Sai Campaign”, is true.
