This is to certify that I am in the possession of ten written, signed affidavits by persons in various countries alleging sexual molestation and/or serious sexual abuse by SSB. I am willing to be contacted by accredited journalists and lawyers who wish further to verfiy their existence and nature.

The extent to which I may divulge information, however, or allow viewing of the affidavits by official investigators, will depend on assurances received in personal negotiation with me. Due to the agreement I made originally with Mr. Hari Sampath, who then represented the aggrieved parties and was contacted to protect their names, as to under what circumstances the affidavits could be seen, I cannot publish or relinquish the documents for public use to other parties. The affidavits were given to me as back-up documentation to protect my professional work in exposing Sathya Sai Baba through the documentary film ‘Secuced by Sai Baba’, first shown by Danish National Broadcasting.

Andries, Saiguru.net and Robert Priddy both have said that the sworn affidavits were made public (Ref 1). Consequently, despite your claim, until you show me the proof of these “public” affidavits, your claim is simply that...a claim...and even worse...an unsubstantiated claim.

If the affiants made their testimonies public yet are withholding their affidavits due to maintaining “privacy”...then I think you are being sadly taken for a ride. Furthermore, if the affiants feel that they have been genuinely sexually abused, why haven’t they filed a case against Sathya Sai Baba in an Indian Court of Law?

By the way, Hari Sampath is not the most reliable person to get “sworn affidavits” from.

Since you choose not to divulge the affidavits information to me (which was the condition for submissions), then I have some questions for you: 1) Have you verified the affidavits yourself? 2) If not, why? If so, did you speak to the actual notary? 3) Why are you suggesting that the affidavits are REAL when you just admitted that the alleged affidavits have NOT been verified by ANY lawyer or journalist?

I would suggest you independently verify the affidavits before you start making claims. Even then, you would have to have the lawyer or journalist make a public announcement that he/she verified the affidavits and there must be a way to contact the laywer or journalist to verifty that they are who they say they are.

Until then, you are simply acting characteristically of Anti-Sai Activists: All claim...no substance. Have a nice day.

ANDRIES KRUGERS DAGNEAUX - IN CONCLUSION

In Conclusion, Andries Krugers Dagneaux is more than willing to blindly believe Robert Priddy and Ojvind Kyro about alleged “affidavits” he has never seen for himself. Robert Priddy never saw the alleged “affidavits” either (he claimed there were 20 affidavits and Kyro is only willing to verify he has 10).
