Dear Gerald,

In your communications it seems you are missing a point (and I say this affectionately). You seem to make a lot of references to dates and times and a lot of other tangential detail.

I would like to invite you to look through the contestations that have been going back and forth now for years.

What is interesting though that the centre of this public discussion about a spiritual leader (and we wont go into the merit of this statement nor its validity) seems to find itself in an orbit around genitalia and abuse of position authority etc.

I am a very time poor individual due to a very dense professional life but every now and then I feel compelled to respond to some of things that go into my ’sai baba matter’ email folder several layers behind my business and personal computer interface!

A chronic problem in society (and this has been the case since ages) seems to be the fact that people are happy to lynch, torture and dispose of their fellow beings (or simply shoot the messenger) when someone delivers a piece of information that forces the individual to question what they have believed in til today.

I do not know you from a bar of soap and neither do you know me, but I think you are looking and searching and there we have something in common.

You may be aware that I had my own challenging experience with SB.

My question to you is; what do you want to believe? What is it you are after?

I have some very very traumatised friends, who did not walk away like I did when they were offered by SB to perform sexual favours, which SB offered as a ’boon’ and ’Good Luck Chance’.

I dealt with the situation in a certain way and was able to give it a place, or allow it to be what it was, which took a good 4/5 years.

However, others who gave in to the pressure are seriously compromised phsychologically. We know that those people that are devotees that hear about these experiences are appalled and disgusted. Some of them choose not to believe and become ardent ex-devotee torchers, others are destroyed for several years and become sai baba devotee torchers. Others go their own way continuing their support or disgust internally and extract themselves completely from the whole environment.

Above I have outlined those that suffer for different reasons.

Now there are the others, the ones that had the experiences. Those that were traumatised by their experience with Sai Baba are in dire need of support because of what they went through. You can immagine what it means to ’experience the sexual abuse’ and then to be vilified by those devotees that adored you first, because you were so close to Sai Baba.

Those that are investigating on both the pro and the con side should take heed of the sensitivities of boths sides. We all know what it means to find out, regardless of what we decide afterwards.

What occurs to me that a proper inquiry would do justice to those that are looking for a certain level of truth. Messaging boards should be there I believe to get support for a proper inquiry so that all parties may put things to rest.

Hans, of course I will not disperse your email address on my site. You will notice that I do not include the email addresses to many of the people I have on my correspondence pages. Like you, I too, do not want spam. The only time I will include your email address is if some other party publishes my email address, in relation to yours. Consequently, if you forward my correspondence to others, please let them be aware of this fact.

As a matter of fact, I have been doing just that, looking through the information (disinformation) provided about Sathya Sai Baba, on Anti-SSB sites, and providing additional information that Anti-SSB sites have refused to give. After all, you have nothing to hide? Right?

You have your focus. I have mine. The blatant use of deceitful tactics to criminalize Sathya Sai Baba is undermining your cause. If you want people to believe your testimony, you must provide your testimony on a site that proves itself to be fair, just and open to pertinent criticism and relevant questions. The Anti-SSB sites that disperse your story do none of these things, and thereby put your testimony into serious doubt, through association. If you have no problem with this, that is your choice.

I am exposing these Anti-SSB sites for what they are: waste receptacles of negativity, lies and deceit. If you read my site, you would have seen how ExBaba.com is resorting to stealing my images, scripts, template design and even source code metatags in an attempt to misrepresent and outrank my site. They have resorted to blatant lies to make it seem like I violated their copyrights. I have the screen-captured proof for all of these truths I telling you about. These Anti-SSB sites also do not allow my site to link to their site, to prove my allegations against them. What do they have to fear? Why are they trying so hard to prevent the general public from seeing the valid points I make on my site? These are the vital questions that no one wants to answer. Do you care? I do.

This goes two ways, Hans. Not only your way, and one way. Of course, I welcome all criticism and provide reciprocal links on my site, in my responses, whenever possible (I had to remove hyperlinks because ExBaba.com, SaiGuru.net, SaiPetition.net and Robert Priddy all re-directed my hyperlinks to a hack page that forced users to shut down their computers!) How honest and sincere is that?

You asked me, “What do you want to believe? What is it you are after?” I am wanting the truth, fairness and legality. I tried approaching ExBaba.com, and several other Anti-SSB activists, with suggestions for fairness and I was attacked, ignored and given irrelevant responses. Consequently, I decided to put out my own observations on web pages, myself. My site is the result of this effort.

Hans, I definitely agree with your comment of, “Those that are investigating on both the pro and the con side should take heed of the sensitivities of boths sides. We all know what it means to find out, regardless of what we decide afterwards.” I would suggest you send this comment to Anti-SSB sites. They do not “heed” the sensitivities of “both sides”. They care only for their side. At any cost. That’s it. Their failure to address the concerns of “my side” is obvious. They are resorting to character assassination instead of clarifications. This does not bother me in the least. As a matter of fact, I think this very behavior confirms my suspicions. Now, the general public can confirm it for themselves.

Although I praise your ideal of “Messaging boards should be there I believe to get support for a proper inquiry so that all parties may put things to rest”, this is far from what is actually happening. Messaging boards and forums are becoming places where people can make criminal allegations against Sathya Sai Baba under the guise of anonymity. People can post multiple times, under multiple names and no one cares! Do you care?
