I do not wish to have my name, image or other personal information associated in any way with your web site, especially since the site appears to be of a religious nature, and also appears rather dubious to me.

I ask you kindly to remove the offending page(s) described above as soon as possible.

As you are probably aware, publishing my name or likeness in any medium or any manner without express written consent does bring about invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, and personal right of publicity issues both under US federal and state law. Both you and your Internet Service Provider can be held liable.

I appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Please advise me regarding which actions you take.

Kai, I am not publishing “your picture”. I am publishing a screen capture of a publicly displayed image on the internet. As you can see, I did not “take“ your image. I simply took a screen capture of a site that has your picture on it. If I took your actual image itself, that would be a different story.

And if you feel that personal images are infringement, then you really need to inform your Anti-SSB friends that they are infringing on my rights as well. Not only my rights, but other people, such as Goldstein and Tigrett, whose pictures Robert Priddy has put on his web pages without getting permission to do so. If your father can do it, why can’t I? Especially when the image I am using is public domain and is displayed on a public site that can be fully accessed by the general public, and is screen captured (not the original image itself).

If you do not wish to have your personal information on my site, then your should also inform your Anti-SSB friends that they should remove personal information about me, from their sites. Not only me, but dozens of SSB devotees whose personal information is publicly displayed and disseminated on your father’s (Robert Priddy’s) site. Once again, if your father can do it, why can’t I? Your father has publicly displayed images of Goldstein that were taken in the privacy of his own home. If the BBC Documentary, and your father, can use these image, you can be certain that using a screen-capture of an image of yours, that you put on the internet for public perusal, will never stand up in a court of law.

Consequently, if a true infringement is being done, this would mean, of course, that your father is guilty of the same and I will apply the same standards that you apply to me, to your father.

As your father has surely informed you, any email correspondence that is sent to my site, can be used on my site as I see fit. This includes duplicating your emails in full. I am fully prepared to refute your accusations of infrigement. And since you are so sensitive on “infringement”, why don’t you inform your father of your newfound sensitivities? He has infringed on my rights by stealing my javascripts, metatags and plagairizing my titles, descriptions and keywords, verbatim! Or were you the one who did this for him? After all, Robert Priddy says you are his “guru” when it comes to computers.

I am not removing the screen captured image. Take whatever action you deem necessary.

Hmm... interesting response, although I don’t really understand what you are going on about. I just asked you to remove all references to me on your site. I am not involved in any religious or anti-religious movement of any kind, regardless of what you may think. I am completely uninterested in your web site, apart from the fact that it contains my image and personal information, displayed in a context that I strongly disapprove of.

I ask you again to remove my image and all references to my person from your site.

If you cannot understand this, I will have to make a formal complaint to your ISP. Please let me know if you intend to comply as soon as possible.

Kai, why does your father mention you, on his site, especially when his site has religious and anti-religious references? Unfortunately, personal information, dispersed on the internet, is no longer “personal”. You cannot control it!

Again, feel free to take whatever action you deem necessary. I am archiving all of my email correspondence, with you, and I can fully support my position.

Can you tell me why your IP resolves to Great Britian? I am sending this email to Robert Priddy, just in case you are not who you claim to be. If you are Kai Nicoli Priddy, I have already created an email correspondence page about you as well.

And for your information, ISP’s do not deal with website complaints. They only deal with issues of spam. However, since I have archived all of our correspondence (coming and going both ways), I can prove that I have never spammed you. My ISP also records email activity through their POP3 servers and can either validate or repudiate issues of spam.

I am sorry that my request has provoked such a hostile response from you, and that you are unable to understand that according to both US federal and state law you are as far as I know illegaly using a picture of me on your site. I cannot understand what my picture and personal information is doing on your site, as I have no connection to the subject matter of your site whatsoever, apart from sharing a last name with my father.

Kai, because that page is an information page about Robert Priddy and you happen to part of Robert Priddy’s information! If you would like, I will remove your personal information, but will still make reference to you as “kai nicolai priddy”, and that you are Robert Priddy’s son. The screen capture is staying. Unfortunately, when your father embarked on his hate site, against SSB, he should have foreseen that he would be making public his family ties. Robert Priddy has not spared others of their ties, so he is not being spared his own. That is only fair.

Also, I noticed that you experienced a ban from my site. It turns out that you were banned, before you sent me any emails, because you were trying to access my main folder repeatedly. There were several others errors generated under you IP, but after I realized it was you, I restored access to your IP. So you should be able to view the link I sent you in my last email. However, please refrain from trying to access folders that you are not supposed to be accessing.

KAI NICOLAI PRIDDY - IN CONCLUSION

In Conclusion, Kai Nicolai Priddy is claiming that I am infringing on his rights by using a screen-captured image of a public domain webpage that he had his picture on. Despite Kai Priddy’s outrage, he is oblivious to the fact that his father, Robert Priddy, uses numerous images of shooting victims (whose families Robert Priddy could care less for, as he displays their corpses, shot in the face, hands and torso on his website), Goldstein and Tigrett’s pictures that he did not obtain permission to duplicate or use in any way, fashion or form.

Robert Priddy also used a picture of V.K. Narasimhan (now deceased) on his website. He did not obtain permission to disperse the image of V.K. Narasimhan on the internet. V.K. Narasimhan was a Sai Devotee to his death. I can’t help to wonder with what disdain Narasimhan would view Robert Priddy and Priddy’s use of his pictures to promote his Anti-Sai Website!

Kai Priddy also lied when he said, “I am not involved in any religious or anti-religious movement of any kind, regardless of what you may think.” If Kai Nicolai is not involved in the Anti-Sai Movement, why was his name listed on the “JuST” Group: “all those who conferred on the forming and posting of the Public Petition for Investigations of Sathya Sai Baba and his Organisation”. To this day, JuST releases public statements against Sathya Sai Baba. Since Kai Nicolai was part of that group, he actively lent his public support to the Anti-Sai Movement. Therefore, Kai Priddy is a liar (like father, like son).

Furthermore, Robert Priddy resorted to stealing my metatags and javascripts and plagiarizing my titles, keywords and descriptions verbatim, yet Kai Nicolai does not care in the least. He cares less for his fathers infringement and more about what he perceives as mine.
