Ojvind, I recently was sent a claim from you, by Andries Krugers Dagneaux, about you possessing 10 alleged affidavits from people claiming to have been sexually abused by Sathya Sai Baba.

I have some questions for you and sincerely hope you answer all of them: (1) Were the alleged affidavits sworn before a notary or judge? (2) Have you contacted the notaries on the affidavits to verify them? (3) Have the alleged affidavits been independently verified? (4) If so, who independently verified them and what is the contact information to the person who independently verified the affidavits? If the affidavits have not been independently verified, why do you claim they are genuine? (5) Have you spoken to any of the affiants? (6) Do you have the affiants personal contact information (emails, addresses, phone numbers)? (7) Under what criteria did all 10 affiants specify that their affidavits could be publicly divulged? (8) Don’t you find it questionable that all of the alleged affiants choose to keep their names and sworn testimonies secret despite making open allegations against SSB? (9) Do you have any documentation to validate your claim that Hari Sampath “represented” the aggrieved parties (besides his word, of course)? (10) Are any of the 10 affiants listed on any Anti-SSB Site, discussing their alleged, sexual abuse stories? (11)Were any of the affiants shown on the Seduced Documentary? 12) Robert Priddy claims that there were originally 20 affidavits. Where did the other 10 affidavits disappear to? 13) Did you show the affidavits to Robert Priddy? Do you know if Robert Priddy saw the affidavits? 14) Why would Robert Priddy say you had 20 affidavits when you are saying you have 10? Is Robert Priddy lying?

Ojvind Kyro, you are wanting to know who I am? I am a member of the general public. As a member of the general public, I want to know the truth in regards to the alleged affidavits alleging sexual impropriety against Sathya Sai Baba. Robert Priddy and Basava Premanand have published you name in the book, The End Of The Dream, and say that you have 10 sworn affidavits. As a member of the general public, I am enquiring as to the authenticity and verification of the alleged affidavits and what means, if any, you took to verify them for yourself. I am not asking that you divulge any of the private information about the alleged affiants. I am not asking that you “divulge” or “relinquish“ the documents for public use. I am simply asking you to answer my questions in regards to the alleged affidavits, whose claims have been made public. After all, you have nothing to hide? Right?

Ojvind, obviously you do not know what the “general public” means. It means exactly what you made reference to: People and humans beings! The general public (people and human beings) deserves the right to know the facts regarding the alleged affidavits. Especially since you have made their alleged existence public.

I will make note that you obviously have something to hide as you refuse to provide me with any answers in written form. The fact that you wish to take your dialog to a phone conversation is highly suspicious and suggests that you are neither open nor do you care to have your words backed up in written form. Conversations, on the phone, are often misunderstood and people tend to make inferences that may not be based on actual words, but on tone and inflection of voice, etc. The only way for a person to maintain accuracy and integrity to their claim is to put it in writing. It is interesting you are refusing to do this.

All this secrecy in regards to the alleged affidavits suggests that they are neither genuine nor have they been independently verified. Since you maintain an eerie silence and questionable secrecy about the alleged affidavits and refuse to provide even basic information about the alleged affidavits, I will be creating a web page (aimed at the “non-existent” general public) with this email correspondence that will stand in testament to your silence and refusal to answer pertinent questions about the alleged affidavits.

As a journalist, you should understand (or so one would think) that just because someone makes a claim, does not make it true. If the alleged documents exist, there is no excuse why you cannot provide basic information about them that does not require divulging names or content. Unless, of course, the affiants have already made their testimony public, which I enquired about, and you refused to answer.

Since my web page will be made available to the general public (which most certainly does exist), if, in the future, you decide you want to answer the questions, you are free to email me with a written response. Until then, your absence and refusal of a written response will be duly noted.

Ojvind Kyro. First of all, this is not about “me”. This is about your claim to there being 10 alleged affidavits. I did not make that claim, you did. Consequently, your refusal to commit to a written response, to my questions, proves you have something to hide, especially when you do not have to divulge the names or information contained in those alleged affidavits. I have honestly and straightforwardly asked basic questions about the alleged affidavits you claim exist. Your refusal to respond puts your integrity into serious question. If you do not mind compromising your integrity, that is your choice.

Considering the fact that you have either lost or misplaced 10 out of the 20 alleged affidavits (that Hari Sampath and Robert Priddy both said you had), I hardly think I can trust you with my personal information. Your close, and undeniable, association with Anti-SSB Activists (in particular, Robert Priddy) also does not allow me to trust you with my personal information.

Ojvind, I can save you a lot of time with these games you are playing. On this email, are listed the questions I originally asked. Please email me when you are ready to answer them. Otherwise, you are simply vacillating and wasting your (and my) time. Until you provide me with the answers to my questions, I will not respond further to your emails.

Joe, what a pity that you do not answer my calls. One can make mistakes if one has not an opportunity to communicate. In fact I have just found out that I looked at the wrong city on the web page you mailed to me - in your town there were 27 degrees, not 22 - and right now you enjoy 29 degrees centigrade.

I would also have liked to ask you about your statement: “Since I am not able to personally contact some of the alleged sexual abuse victims, my current belief (which is subject to change with additional information) is that SSB did sexually abuse men.”

But now I can only conclude that you are not accountable.

OJVIND KYRO - ØJVIND KYRØ - IN CONCLUSION

In Conclusion, Ojvind Kyro (an Anti-Sai Activist sympathizer) claimed he has 10 affidavits from sexual abuse victims. Not only is Øjvind Kyrø unusually secretive and silent about the alleged documents, he has shown great reluctance to divulge even basic information about the alleged affidavits. This casts serious doubt on the authenticity and existence of the alleged documents. If the affidavits really existed, Ojvind Kyro should have had them independently verified. He has refused to do so. One can only wonder why? Despite the fact that Øjvind Kyrø never disputed he had twenty affidavits, Ojvind Kyro gave no explanation as to how half of the alleged affidavits disappeared!

Ojvind, initially, refused to talk to me because I did not give him my phone number or address. Now that he has my phone number and address, he still refuses to answer my questions because now he is demanding that I speak to him on the phone where he cannot be held accountable for his words. Why did Ojvind want my phone number to begin with? Turns out, to ask me about the weather in New Mexico! This proves that Anti-Sai Activists have unaccountable journalists who make unsubstantiated allegations on their behalf. My thanks to Øjvind Kyrø for validating this fact.

Øjvind Kyro, in a tribute to accuracy, said, “I always check my info twice”. Ojvind Kyrø double-checked his information so thoroughly that in fact he allowed Robert Priddy, Hari Sampath, Anders Thisted and numerous others to say he had 20 affidavits when he allegedly has only 10. Good “double checking” there, Ojvind!
