Anti-Sai Propaganda On News From Bangladesh Sites
The News From Bangladesh (NFB) & Global Amitech Imbroglio:
In 2007, the News From Bangladesh (NFB) domains published six defamatory articles from a person using the name “Haraldur Erlendsson” (with the email address isverige99@hotmail.com) that attempted to incite hate and violence among Bangladeshi Muslims against the revered Indian Guru Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. “Haraldur Erlendsson” - The Revealing Of An Imposter:
The “Haraldur Erlendsson” who posted on the News From Bangladesh (NFB) domains claimed that he was from Iceland but was writing from Sweden. There are only two known people from Iceland possessing the name “Haraldur Erlendsson” (as confirmed by the Icelandic Register). The name “Haraldur Erlendsson” is not a common name and Joe Moreno (a Pro-Sai Activist) personally verified that both of the people possessing the name “Haraldur Erlendsson” did not write the Anti-Sai articles that were published on the News From Bangladesh (NFB) domains.
Joe Moreno received copies of email correspondence (with full headers) between a University journalist student and “Haraldur Erlendsson” who used the email address isverige99@hotmail.com on the News From Bangladesh (NFB) domains. In that correspondence, “Haraldur Erlendsson” admitted he was using a pseudonym and admitted he does not reside in Sweden. “Haraldur Erlendsson” said:
isverige99@hotmail.com: “Haraldur Erlendsson is a pseudonym, and to this day i am glad i used it. Nor do i live in Sweden. Which i am also glad i am not. I will not tell you where i live but through this cover up way i have escaped much harassment from defenders of Sai Baba of the nastier sort.”
The IP to the imposter “Haraldur Erlendsson” is: 85.197.209.13, which resolves to Iceland.
Please Note: The imposter “Haraldur Erlendsson” using the email isverige99@hotmail.com should not be confused with Dr. Erlendur Haraldsson (author of “Modern Miracles: An Investigative Report on The Psychic Phenomena Associated With Sathya Sai Baba”), nor his son Haraldur Erlendsson (one of two people officially possessing that name in the Icelandic Register).
NFB’s Policies Regarding Pseudonymous & Defamatory Articles:
Although the material written by the imposter “Haraldur Erlendsson” is clearly offensive, unprofessional, defamatory, unsubstantiated and plagiarized, the News From Bangladesh (NFB) domains published six articles from him although their publication policies state:
a. that are offensive, vulgar, unprofessional or uncivil in nature;
b. that might be considered defamation in nature;
c. that are totally unsubstantiated;
d. that are basically personal attacks or person-focused, rather than message-focused.
Note: Although NFB deserves the right to edit contents submitted by authors . It is however our policy not to alter, modify or censor any items except for above mentioned reasons.
To further uphold the integrity of this forum and enhance the confidence of our readership in this forum:
a. NFB will not accept any material contributed anonymously.
b. NFB will not allow contribution under aliases or pseudonames.
c. All contributors must disclose their real identity by providing verifiable institutional affiliation. In case of any potential abuse, NFB reserves the right to verify such information. (Reference)
The imposter “Haraldur Erlendsson” plagiarized entire paragraphs from articles written by Barry Pittard, Robert Priddy, Brian Steel and Basava Premanand without giving them due credit. Needless to say, Ex-Devotees have been thoroughly exposed for their pathological lies, misrepresentations, deceptions, monomania and gutter attacks.
Why did the News From Bangladesh (NFB) domains publish defamatory Anti-Sai material when it clearly violates their publishing policies? Although the relevant email was sent to NFB (where the imposter “Haraldur Erlendsson” admitted using a pseudonym), the defamatory articles have not been removed from the NFB domains. The reasons for NFB publishing these defamatory articles and NFB’s refusal to remove these defamatory articles will soon be made abundantly clear.
NFB Board Editor A. H. Jaffor Ullah: Anti-Muslim & Anti-Sai Baba:

A. H. Jaffor Ullah
The News From Bangladesh (NFB) Team includes (Reference):
- Board of Editors: Dr. A. Jaffor Ullah, Tariq M. Mazumdar
- Editor: Tanvir A. Chowdhury
- Assistance to the Editor: Md. Rajib Hossain (also a journalist for “The Daily Star”)
- Founding Editor: M. Shahmimuzzaman
- Staff Members: Tina Dias (Masum), Zakir Hussain Khan, Zakir H . Mullah
- Special acknowledgment: Mr Andrew Robinson
Ironically, NFB Board Editor Dr. A. H. Jaffor Ullah (who resides in the USA - New York or New Jersey) is openly associated with the Anti-Muslim websites IslamWatch.org (Ref) and FaithFreedom.org (Ref). Some select quotes from these Anti-Islam websites:

AH Jaffor Ullah was also a founding member to the Bangalee forum Mukto-Mona and helped it to flourish since the day of its inception in 1999 (Ref). For those who may not know, Mukto-Mona is a website for freethinkers, humanists, rationalists, skeptics and atheists and has published about a dozen articles criticizing Sathya Sai Baba.

Therefore, NFB Board Editor Dr. A. H. Jaffor Ullah is not only strongly associated with a group of people with a known history of Anti-Sai activism, he also belongs to a group of Anti-Muslim / Anti-Islam activists as well.
I wonder what Muslim NFB readers will say about these facts?

Amusingly, NFB staff member Tina Dias is apparently an expert on Bangladeshi bad words and even submitted a definition for the Bangladeshi word khanchouth on UrbanDictionary.com and said (asterisks added by webmaster):
“Its a mixture of being a bitch and an bastard with a little bit of f*cker in it...Originated in Bangladesh where we combine two words in the local language being Khanki (bitch) with Chodu (F*cker) so thus we get KHANCHOUTH.”

NFB Staff Member Tina Dias Penchant For Invective
News From Bangladesh (NFB) & Global Amitech - In Conclusion:
The News From Bangladesh (NFB) domains are irresponsible news outlets that publish articles that secretly feed personal bias and hate to its unsuspecting readers. Even though the NFB published six articles from an anonymous defamer attempting to incite Muslims against Sathya Sai Baba for allegedly being critical of Islam (a highly subjective and unsupported claim), one of the chief NFB Board Editors (i.e., Dr. A. H. Jaffor Ullah) is openly Anti-Muslim / Anti-Islam!
Sathya Sai Baba is not “Anti-Muslim” or “Anti-Islam” whatsoever. As a matter of fact, RadioSai (an official Sathya Sai website) responded with a five-part rebuttal to the imposter “Haraldur Erlendsson” and his defamatory accusations published by NFB. RadioSai provided numerous pictures and references highlighting the fact that Sathya Sai Baba embraces all religions (including Islam) and is well respected and accepted by many Muslims. See the article entitled: Do Attacks On Swami Have Any Message For Us?
Since the News From Bangladesh (NFB) domains refuse to abide by their own publishing policies, this website will hold NFB accountable for their hypocrisy and promotion of hate by publishing articles by anonymous defamers who assume fake identities to push their agendas.
